Excellent stay at JMM Grand Suites. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed. The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property.

Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

This is my go to hotel in Manila. But this time no WiFi in room and sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains. Other than having to use my data on the patio and the smell from the cr it was good. The staff as always attentive and the room clean

Location Location Location. Across from one of Manila's most popular mall: Robinsons Place. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Near metro. Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

Can't see that occupants needs to be going out together and be back at the same time when plans to be and places to go would be different from one another. ..this is the first time encountered and is very frustrating. given. The explanation presented is absurd.That this is the new management policy.
