Excellent Quick Getaway

Just a quick staycation before returning home. The property is incredible, the amenities are amazing, and the sunsets are without comparison. Very, very comfortable accommodations, and would definitely stay here again.

Property is fantastic by management company needs improvement

The condo is fantastic - great amenities throughout. A perfect place for two people to enjoy a week of sun and golfing. However, the property management company ("Partner Host") was very poor. Had it not been for the on-site concierge getting in touch with the property owner we may have had to rent a hotel room for the night. Requests for names, ages (ages, really??), make/model of rental car were made while we were in flight, setting a deadline that was impossible to meet as it was prior to us landing. This information was apparently necessary before providing us with access information. Even though they stated they would be keeping an eye out for our response we never received anything for several hours. Thankfully as mentioned previously, the on site concierge put us in touch with the property owner who was extremely helpful in getting us into the condo and continued to follow up with multiple times throughout the week. The owner is awesome! If a new management company is put in charge of the check in process there should be NO ISSUES with staying at this unit.
