I would have left zero. Horrible hotel and staff, rooms dirty, staff non existent and dated. No internet, tv, phone, HOT WATER or staff. Raw sewage coming up from shower drain while you take a cold shower. I checked out without staying the evening and they would not refund my money. Travelocity not helpful and the cause of hours of frustration. Never again, stay away!

Horrible rooms — dated, dirty, broken mirrors, rusty tubs, dead telephone, broken TV — felt like a prison cell and I couldn’t wait to leave. The location is great, but the hotel itself is disgusting. Never again.

The room is too small from what was seen online, no microwave, no table and chairs to sit on. House keeping didn’t do their job and left trash all over. Staff not responding. Telephone in the room not working that I have to be going back and forth to ask for a microwave or something else. TERRIBLE!!

The amenities didn't measure up to what I paid for. The $90 early check-in fee felt arbitrary, since the room was ready and unsold. I was also surprised to have a King suite without a coffee table in the living area. Made the room feel cold and lifeless. I requested additional towels through text, and the request was ignored. The best part of this was Raul's service in the restaurant.

We arrived before the designated check-in time and paid extra for early check-in. When we got to the room, none of the electrical outlets were working, but we were too tired to call and address it right away. A few hours later, while we were asleep, someone else was given access to our room and attempted to enter. When I notified the front desk, we were moved to another room, but at no point did anyone take accountability for the situation. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and not even a simple “I’m sorry.” We were only given an explanation, which was incredibly disappointing considering the seriousness of the error.

Requesting full refund pics did not reflect what we walked into at all. Front desk clerk was rude and impatient. Rooms were moldy and damp… bathroom was terrible. One elevator they had literally could not fit all of our luggage at one time and was very rickety. Hallway to room was dirty carpet was dirty not vacuumed. Just bad experience. We checked out immediately and found another hotel at 3am. That’s how desperate we needed to be out of that hotel
