Average service. AC wasn’t working for the last night. My telephone wasn’t working. The complimentary water was a super small water bottle. Honestly. Not a 5 star hotel. Probably a 4 star, if that even.

Have to take to seperate elevators to get to hotels floors; take one elevator all the way up, walk to another hallway, and then have to take a 2nd elevator down to the hotels floors. Same, but in reverse to leave hotel....extremely inconveinent. Have to go to another building altogether for the pool. There was one staff member available for an evening checkin and he did not seem like he eanted to be there. I checked out at 430am so I could catch my flight, waited at desk for 20mins and no staff member was available. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool bar and the pool bar staff.

I loved the space. Beautiful view. We ate at the hotel restaurant outdoors on the balcony and had Great service with a stunning view. Pool was beautiful! The first day it was hard to navigate in terms of the pool being in another building, and the lobby being on the 25th floor. However, elegant, clean and great location.

The property was decent. The amenities were average. My room wasn’t up to par with my expectations. My sheets had stains. The chairs also had odd brown stains. It was honestly disappointing. Luckily I only stayed for 1 night otherwise I would’ve complained and gotten another room.
