PLEASE NOTE:
- Amenity Access: As per building policy, only two amenities passes will be issued per reservation. This means that only two adult guests will have access to the building’s amenities (including pool, spa, and gym) during your stay. Minors under 18 do not require a pass but must be accompanied by an adult to access the pool.
- Pool Closure: The pool is closed Monday through Friday each week due to ongoing exterior construction until further notice. It will remain open Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting. The spa and gym will remain open daily and unaffected.
- Balcony Access: Building management has installed protective transparent plastic film on the balconies as part of the exterior construction project. During this time, balcony access is unavailable, and the view is partially obstructed. Some listing photos show the film installed on the balcony doors/windows, and the captions indicate which photos include the film. The balcony is currently expected to reopen in December 2026, but this date is not guaranteed and may change.
- Potential construction noise: As part of the exterior construction on the building's façade, you may here construction noise as the workers go through floor by floor.

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is located in the same building as the prestigious W Hotel, in the heart of Brickell. Referred to as the 'Manhattan of the South', Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and home to many of Miami's top restaurants, world-class shops, places of entertainment and tons of cultural attractions and things to do. Treat yourself to a little retail therapy at Brickell City Centre, check out a concert at the Adrienne Arsht Center, or peruse the latest exhibit at Perez Art Museum. Step out and walk to some of the city's top landmarks - or hop on the free Metromover, downtown Miami’s free light rail – the Fifth Street Station is just minutes away.
Located in the heart of Miami – Brickell area, there is plenty to do on a walking basis. South Beach & Miami Beach are about a 15-minute drive east, Wynwood, Midtown and Design District are about 10 minutes north, Little Havana and 8th St are about 10 minutes west, and Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove are about 10 minutes south.

Metromover - gets you all around Downtown/Brickell for FREE. The closest station is Fifth Street Station, only a 5 min walk away
Citi Bikes - you can pick up/drop the bike off at any station. There are many stations throughout Brickell, Downtown, and Miami Beach; the closest one is across the street, a 1 min walk away ($6.50/hr)
Metrorail - use to/from the airport or to places further away from the city center ($2.25 one way)

Lovely experience in Brickell from start to finish
We were looking for a quick getaway during spring break for our family (parents and 2 young teenage sons). This was a perfect spot-apartment was pristine, beds super comfy and the view over the pool and the bay was gorgeous. Vanessa was so lovely to work with from beginning to end, kind clear communications and accommodating when we asked to check in a little early and leave a little later. Very walkable area with lots of great restaurants, and a Whole Foods with 10 min walk. Definitely perfect for our short Miami family excursion sans the parties of South beach, etc. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny
My husband, 18 year old son, and 17 year old son stayed here and every single part of it was perfect. Perfectly clean with everything you need, perfect view from the balcony, perfect amenities, perfect location. I cannot express how great of a stay this was, walking distance to city center, walking distance to many restaurants, walking distance to bayside market. I will definitely stay again at this beautiful, safe, convenient, friendly location. Host has everything perfectly and conveniently laid out for you ready to go with step by step instructions for anything and makes herself available for any questions! Thank you so much!

Great location! Great communication with hosting agency. Room could have used a good cleaning. Hair on bathroom floor and mold on caulking of tub. Also a bit of a hassle to get wristbands to get access to pools. Had to go to delivery area in back of property to register for wristbands. Should have been able to do this at check in at front desk.

Excellent Condo
My husband and I planned a trip last minute to Miami for his birthday. We were not disappointed at all with our choice of where to stay. We loved the condo. It is in a great location, the view from the balcony was amazing, free parking was provided, and best of all the condo was super clean. It was also nicely decorated.
I felt at home. The beds were comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal, to wash a load of laundry, to clean, etc. It was quiet. We didn't have noisy neighbors.
Checking in was super easy. Vanessa the host was awesome. She was very helpful. She checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She even recommended places to get good food.
We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Miami. Thanks Vanessa!!!
