Only 1 elevator worked the entire time we were there. Lots of kids which is great if you’re a family (we are not). Rooms are dated, room refrigerator has no controls and the tv didn’t receive multiple news channels. The gym is rudimentary but functional. Really nice lobby and all the staff we encountered were great. The neighborhood is quiet but has a ton of restaurants and bars.

We really liked the Hotel, the staff were friendly, the valet guys were amazing. The only thing was our bathroom sink was clogged and they never fixed it after we reported it the first night. Overall great location, price and service.

Perfectly located and within walking or bike riding distance. Great to have access to beach with chairs, unbrella, and towels set for 2. The only thing that was a bummer was only one elevator was working so waiting for the elevator to come up and down took a hot minute! Not the best situation for a weekend of travelers!

Very bad experience. No water pressure and no hot water, the first 8 hours we got there. Only one elevator worked during our stay, so elevator wait times were long. The room had a nice view, but besides that, it feels old, neglected, and was very small. The two positives about the hotel were the pool and location. I would definitely not stay there again.

Rooms were spotless , beds very comfy and staff was great . Food at Lolo’s was delicious and the outdoor waiter ,Fred, that serviced the food area was phenomenal !! Beach was gorgeous however , access was a little tough . Would be great if some sort of beach mat was laid down for the long entrance to the beach . Highly recommend this hotel 👍

We loved our stay, the front desk and all staff were hospitable. Overall luxe feel, we had a beautiful ocean view room. The beach was such a treat with the warm and clear water (May 2025). The Mexican restaurant onsite was the cherry on top! Can’t wait to return!
