Room was clean, everyone was very nice. Hotel Bar was pricey. We had three cocktails before the party and it was $88.00. (One each - Rum/coke, mojito, Patron shot). (Maybe this is normal for Miami Bch- this was my first time here so not sure if normal/average) Water pressure very poor, I could not wash my hair. Glad we only stayed one night.

The air conditioning was central and very loud, so we didn’t have the option to turn it off in the room. Also the hot water at the bar was 1 dollar. Again, not the tea, just hot water. I never experienced that in other hotels. It was a baby in the room next to mine and for 2 nights in the row I woke up at 4 am because of the baby crying.

When got to the room , I reserved a king size bed (I even paid to have my room up graded) just ended up having to double beds . Crumbs in the bed , big cockroaches in the bathroom, The hot wasn’t hot , told the daytime supervisor, and he told my husband that wasn’t true , and didn’t believe us , had my husband go back to the room to prove the hot water works . Phone didn’t work to call front desk , about issues that was occurring, my husband had to go downstairs to the front desk . Hotel is 0/10

The hotel was nice, room was clean, all the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great area close to shopping eating and we loved the beach. They have great pool and backyard area to hangout and great happy hour!

Perfect area: close to restaurants, shopping, ocean drive and the bus station is directly in front of the hotel. And the guys at the pool are the best. So helpful and super nice ! We would always go there again.

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very small and the sheets and pillows are equivalent to a motel 6. I know it’s south beach and you can expect a 20% gratuity on everything but what I didn’t appreciate was the asking for an additional time which “only went to them”. The 20% was split between the other staff…I wasn’t born yesterday.

First day, breakfast was slow on taking the order and delivering it. Next day, room service order of breakfast was zero. Tried to cancel it after an **hour** by email but it bounced back. Unable to reach service they use by phone and the restaurant button on phone didn't work. Had to go downstairs, and was promised that I'd get the refund within 7 days. Should have been instant. Other than that, nice place, but not being able to get room service within a reasonable time is not acceptable.

Staff was great, hotel was great! People just slamming doors.. uhh wish people knew how to close a door. We wanted to sleep in the days we were there but couldn't due to guests just letting their doors close on their own. It would be nice if they prioritize guests on the same floor based on their checkout day. Other than that, we loved it can't wait to go back
