This is a great location near the Metro stop, only about a four-minute walk from the hotel. Made it super easy and cheap to hop on and get to the Vikings game and return ($4 per adult and $2 per kid to ride all day). The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and offered a free shuttle bus 24 hours to the Mall of America or the airport. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was a good size. The only thing that felt missing was a hot tub in the pool area. Pool wasn't too big once you get some kids playing in there, and there's not a lot of space to sit and relax.

The customer service front desk, shuttle driver, breakfast crew and bar/restaurant staff stood out. They were all very attentive and helpful. The room was really clean and hot showers. Location is perfect for going to Mall of America. The hotel offers a shuttle to the mall. The hotel was great!! The only thing to let everyone know about the area is always be cautious and aware of your surroundings if you ride on the blue line train. There were some rough characters on all rides.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! I was in town last week for the Ravens vs Vikings game, best place I could have chosen to stay! Light Rail right outside their door, convenient location and the shuttle from the airport was seamless!

I really enjoyed the pillows and how you can connect to bluetooth on the bathroom mirror. Made showering very fun. The lady who helped us for breakfast was very kind and one of the staff members who cleaned the tables gave us fun ideas on what my girlfriend and I can do in downtown. The only thing I was surprised about was that there is no cleaning service between the days. I am assuming you have to request it. So our trash filled up pretty soon. We were so busy that I kept forgetting to request the room to be cleaned.
Eggs were amazing! Loved the juice as well
Pancakes were perfect. Did find a soggy strawberry amongst the fruit but the rest were good
