I was surprised and disappointed to get my cc statement with a $10.90 charge with no explanation. It took a half an hour to finally figured out they were charging me to park my car. First time in my trip from Portland OR I was charged to park my car. This was so upsetting!! It’s not the amount that will break me it’s the surprise that no one mentioned it. I would give you 5 stars but for that. I would appreciate a refund of #10.90. I stayed Cotobrer 3. Sincerely E Daley-Colasurdo for one night. Otherwise the stay was perfect!

Let me start by saying every single interaction I had with staff was positive! We talked to 3 different front desk people, and each one was super friendly and helpful. I called that morning about a possible early check-in, it wasn't available, which is understandable, but when we got there at check-in, the room wasn't ready. It wouldn't be ready for another hour. Maybe I just missed this on the listing, but they make you pay for parking too. The hotel itself is outdated. Not horribly dirty, but it doesn't feel clean either. Lots of dust, dirty corners, things that need to be refreshed. The breakfast buffet is oversold, but it did have a decent variety. Would not stay here again until renovations have occurred.
