Welcome to your peaceful Mission Viejo retreat! This well-located home is just minutes from the Shops at Mission Viejo, Oso Creek Trail, Lake Mission Viejo, Irvine Spectrum, and only a short drive to Laguna Beach and Disneyland. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and privacy in a quiet neighborhood. The property includes a an entire house listing with its own entrance and no shared spaces, ensuring a private and restful stay.

Guests have access to the entire home.

There is a separate guest house located to the left/back side of the main property. It has its own private entrance, accessible via the left side of the driveway, and does not share any common areas with the main house. The guest house does not have access to the front yard, backyard, pool, or spa, does not park in the driveway, and does not share any spaces with the main residence.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>2 pets max
>Must be accompanied at all times, picked up after, and not allowed on furniture

POOL HEATING
>$125/day, full stay required
>Heated to 88 degrees

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

Perfect for the family

Everything about the stay was perfect. This is one of very few properties we’ve stayed at where I feel like the description and photos almost undersell how good the house really is. All the details were taken care of. We’d pre-ordered some groceries that were perfectly stocked when we arrived and all the small things like towels, soap, etc
 were well prepped down to the last details. Also worth calling out that Sandy and here whole team were incredibly easy to communicate with and they did a great job making sure our stay had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family. Loved the neighborhood. Check in process was great. My kids loved the pool and Spa kitchen had everything we needed plenty of room and really nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful and we will definitely be back.

Family get together

We had a lovely visit, my daughter had a baby and we went to visit with them. House is beautiful, only complaint is that the crib listed is a port a crib, which worked out fine! And the sleeper sofa is not a sleeper sofa, it’s a sofa you lie on top of. But we worked it out and had an amazing time! The pool is awesome and so is the hot tub! Very convenient to everywhere! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The hosts were so willing to do anything and communication was great!

Very accommodating, helpful owner & property manager; home was well stocked with basic items, beautiful home. Worked perfectly for our family gathering. We had 9 people taking turns with 2 bathrooms but it worked. Airbeds available as needed. Great experience.

A fantastic vacation home!!!

This beautiful house was exactly as described, in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything that we needed, including a great dog park! The house was clean, spacious (5 adults, 1 dog) & comfortable. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee around the fire pit on cool mornings. A relaxing landing spot after a day of family activities. We found Mission Viejo to be a beautiful and friendly city. The hosts were fantastic with excellent customer service before and during our stay. Overall one of our best vacation rental experiences!

Wonderful House!

This house is wonderful. We had between six and eight people staying at the home, and it accommodated everyone with plenty of room. The beds are fantastic - true luxury - and the pool was great after several of us made long drives. We had several people who like to cook in our group, and the kitchen is well appointed for anything a cook might need. Highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Communication with the owners was great. They were very helpful and always there if we needed them. The house is lovely and feels like a home away from home. It's really spacey and has everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The Perfect Home!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a family wedding. It was absolutely perfect! The house is kept immaculate. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking and sharing family meals. The bedrooms are cozy, with very comfortable luxury linens and beds. The outdoor space was wonderful for hanging out and lounging with everyone. The gardens are beautifully maintained, it really does feel like you’re in a resort! The property managers are so kind. You can tell that they take excellent care of their property and want their guests to have a great time. They are very easy to reach if you need anything at all and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. One thing we did not know is that there is a second property attached to the back of the house which is rented out. The renters in this property do not have access to the backyard space. Wish we had known this because we would have rented both to have our other family stay with us that couldn’t fit in the main house. Overall- no big deal though! We would all highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood, which made walks around the neighborhood with the baby awesome! We can not say enough good things about how perfect the house is!

Great location for a relaxing stay

This property has everything needed for a relaxing visit as well as being conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and Disney about 20 minutes away. Our family enjoyed all areas of the house as well as the back and front yards. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We had no issues but a couple questions that we answered quickly. We will definitely have this top of list for a return trip.

Brilliant, just brilliant! Great place, loved it!

We had a lovely time on our girls getaway. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated in beach theme. It’s well equipped and super clean! Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Big kitchen has everything you need, stocked with spices, paper towel, some Kuerig pods to get you started. Gorgeous pillows & bed linens, all brand new! Our new fav place, well situated!

Great pool, home and location

My husband, best friend and our dog visited my sister who lives in Dana Point. The pool was large with a deep end along with a built in hot jacuzzi with great jets. We had the lovely and quiet backyard to ourselves. The home is flawless, with every detail you could think of: rain shower, soaking tub, cooks stove, A/C, large TV with streaming apps, TVs in 2 (!) bedroom suites, large sofa, comfy reading chair/ottoman, great King sized bed/super comfortable mattress etc. The commute to visit my sister and beaches was only 20 min. Lovely and quiet neighborhood with the most amazing dog walk at Oso Creek. We had an amazing time and are so grateful this property was available. We will be back!

Resort style vacation

I am so impressed with this home. It was so beautifully decorated and everything was brand new! The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything we needed, the bathrooms were all gorgeous, but the best part was the swimming pool! The kids loved it so much that we almost couldn't get them to go to the beach with us where we had dinner, then back to the pool. It was wonderful...just like being in a resort. And Sandy was a perfect host...thank you, Sandy, for making our vacation so fabulous!
