Enjoy this beautiful, newly renovated 1900’s character house on the hill in Mount Vernon. Steps from downtown with shops, restaurants, and riverwalk, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the hill, blocks from the hospital. The house offers a full kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Mini-split AC unit was just installed to stay cool in the summer.

Views of the Skagit River and Olympic Mountains can be seen from both floors as well as stunning sunsets.

Bedrooms upstairs include 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. NB Bathroom is down the stairs from bedrooms.
