Itâs a first floor of a single house. (Walk out Basement) with separate entrance . Has its own kitchen, full bathroom..
Guests can have access to the porch , park the car . Cook their own meals. Have access to the big back yard with the playground and jumping.
My family and I live in the second floor and we will use the front yard. We wonât distract you at all. And you wonât see us if you want !
