The shower rod all bent zo. Oukdnt close all the way causibg floor to be slippery. They listed as amenities fitness center and pool both of which were closed. No dining avaliable. The hotel smlled like mikdewy moldy smell carpet in hallway ripped. My room shower rod bent and slippery floor. I been itchy and sneezing during my stay there. I didnt even get tyoe if room i requested at tinw of reservatiob.

Originally booked for just me but a friend decided to join me so I requested a different room, one with two beds. They kindly accommodated me at no extra charge.When we got there, the same guy I spoke to about the room change was pleasant. This was the best part of of our experience. The overall cleanliness was poor. Hallways needed vacuuming. Though it was stated as a smoke free property, it clearly did not smell that way. Some young adults were seen openly vaping in the lobby and you could smell cigarettes (?) in the hallway on our 3rd floor. Then there was the room. The beds looked ok but that was it. The bathroom was in need of a deep clean including the door and walls. We did not want to use the shabby tub/shower. The sink area was rough. Basically cleaned but in need of repair/renovation. The fridge/microwave stand was pretty beat up. The basic TV and remote worked but limited. The room phone was dead so we couldn't contact the front desk. We had to go down to speak to her to report and request a top sheet for one of the beds. It was late (around midnight) when we got back from the event we had attended. The female at the front desk seemed uncaring and unable to help while she was engaging with a group of 6-8 young adults who were hanging around in the lobby vaping. We were happy to check out in the morning and will never return or recommend this place. Sketchy people hanging around and who knows what may have been taking place at this mismanaged hotel.

Booking was for a few nights but decided not to stay at all. They charged us for a night anyway but we just wanted out of there. It was dirty, felt unsafe, staff not welcoming at all, and just an overall disaster. Do not stay here. We were just trying to save money on our trip but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And in this case, we ended up not getting anywhere near what we paid for. I would be shocked if the powers that be in town of Milford CT continue to allow this establishment to remain open.

Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed the presence of roaches—not only in the bathroom but in the bed as well. This was extremely disturbing and created an unsanitary and unsafe environment for myself and my family. We were shocked and disappointed that a nationally recognized brand like Motel 6 would allow guests to stay in such conditions.

Gross!

How gross and unsafe is this place?! Mold, falling features, my shoes literally stuck to the floor with how sticky it is! Hand prints on the backrest of the beds, dust and whatever that sticky nonsense was on the side table! The lady in front desk not once looked up, didn’t even greet us just yelled out ID while on speaker phone with her friend talking real personal business! I travel A LOT sadly this was a last minute trip with my children and we were safer sleeping in our car. I will be leaving a live review on all my social platforms of this disgusting hell you guys have the audacity to charge for. Do better!

Terrible place to stay! The staff were rude & very difficult to communicate with. The bed was gross, I had to clean the microwave & refrigerator before using, and the safety lock on the door was broken. Constant police activity!
