There were a few issues we had. So I’ll share the good and the bad. When the 3 of us arrived, there was commotion at the front desk already, it was the guest, not the staff. They called for security and that was the end of that. When we got to our room, there was only 2 towels in the bathroom and no hand soap. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way shut. You could smell others smoking weed in the hallways. Some of the bedsheets had small holes, maybe cigarette burns. We tried to go down to the bar one night at 10:53 pm and the bartender turned us away, but the other night she was having a good ole time with other ladies and her bluetooth speaker turned up really loud. I would say the only good thing about this hotel was the location, that’s all. It was the most affordable with a great location but came with a cost.

Great location, all major attractions 5-15 minutes walk, many restaurants around, casino close by, safe area. Nice spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable room with walk in shower. No hot water or air-condition issues. Comfortable bed. No in room safe box. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Good value for the price. Except 50 dollars a night parking.

Staff was courteous and accommodating! The room was clean! This hotel is in a prime location downtown. We just walk a block to see the parades. Also, walkable to the nice restaurants and cafes. Would love to stay here again!

The room was used when I arrived and should not have been because it was reserved and prepaid for by me. I called today, to receive credit for that night someone else slept in my prepaid room and t was told I would receive an email confirmation about the credit and I have not received an email at the time I completed this survey. The staff was not apologetic and even asked us if we came and used room and were lieing. There is also and unexplainable $310 pending charge that no one can explain what itis for and was asked if I used valet parking; I self parked. My experience was terrible! I asked the first staff person about getting a new room and she chuckled and told me they would have to clean the room that someone slept in. My family, they was waiting upstairs told me that the cleaning staff just cleaned two rooms and gave me the room numbers. The other staff person at the front desk assigned the just cleaned room to me. I asked her what was the results of the key audit, that they made me and my family wait to be completed. My 76 old mother with a walker was waiting in the hall waiting for our room, key audit and investigation.
