From the moment of check-in, everything was amazing we were in New York for my 37th birthday and decided to extend the trip a couple days. the staff kindly upgraded our room to a penthouse suite and provided complementary champagne. I could not have asked for better service better views or a better hotel I definitely Will be coming back the next time I’m in New York.
