Staff was really helpful and genuine with me and my daughter. We had a bunk room which was pretty fun and even though it was small it had everything we needed and seemed well thought out. They had coffee every morning in the lounge area. If it had been warmer I’m sure we would have used the courtyard and rooftop.

At first I thought it was too small of a room, but shortly after I appreciated the cozy feeling.. the only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5, is because there was a false fire alarm throughout the whole building. I was told they had one the day before as well. And there was another one in the morning after waking us up. This was extremely scary and huge inconvenience..

The rooms are extremely small, which I kind of knew in beforehand but that the shower were on top of the toilet was an unpleasant surprise. Also the door to the shower/toilet was difficult to open and lacked handle. The night we arrived the tv, WiFi and the phone system did not work and the subsequent night no house cleaning has been done. Overall what was a great idea years back seems outdated and a bit tired to me. Also, the price on Expedia was $105 per night but in reality including tax etc. the price turned over $200 per night. The good thing was they waved the resort fee as compensation for the inconveniences.

Love this place

Great experience. Small room but so quiet. The area is amazing. So much to do. Staff was so accommodating! We needed a bag of ice for my husband’s knee. They were fantastic.

Weds - wrong room Friday no internet no TV I work and need the internet to contact with Australia , My shower was so dirty disgusting. I have stayed a handful of times and very disappointed. All four days i was there my cell phone which carrier is ATT was not able to send or receive calls. I am requesting a full credit Very very dissapointed

Just needed a place to crash for a night in brooklyn and this was perfect. Can confirm other reviews that mention being able to hear everything in the hallway and the rooms next to you but it wasn’t a problem for me. Subway and groceries right nearby are a plus. Would stay again
