Staying here was last minute & it wasn't terrible. Room was small, clean, although could see several burn hikes in sheets at the window. Staff was pleasant, even called me to check on me prior to arrival in an unfamiliar place. Surrounding immediate area less than expected

Room was clean, but very small. Bathroom fixtures and shower walls had soap scum all over. Had to do my own cleaning. Bed linens and pillows could be upgraded.

I just needed the hotel to sleep and have a shower, there are stores and places to eat near, subway station 3 and L in about 3 blocks away, As I mentioned, it worked just fine for me :)

Staff were amazing and rooms were really clean! 😊 The only down side was the tv was too high to reach and the area was very noisy.

I checked out earlier than expected I was waken up to arguing in the hallway traffic in and out of the rooms when I did check out there was nobody there to receive my key there was a huge cup of liquor in the front lobby didn’t feel safe with my vehicle parked on the street

I had a dirty room dust all over the top of the bed and the secind room they gave me therw was a roach crawling beside my face on the dresser i had to sleep in my car all night due to seeing that roach i took everything out that room and slept in my car now im waiting for my refund from this hotel .

Nice and convenient. A lil thing when someone checking in please don’t say out loud their room number with other people around. It’s a safety thing.
