Wonderful stay, rooms were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet food could use a little support, food was overcooked (brick hard biscuits) and a variety would be helpful (same food each day). Staff were courteous but found myself giving away the free ticket to purchase food elsewhere. Shuttle service was HORRIBLE. Waited over a hour and a half at the airport after multiple calls. It did not run on the schedule that was provided and was just told it was on its way.

It’s direct access to Penn Station give it a distinct advantage. However, two sets of security guards between the train station and the hotel, the need for which are understood, do not inspire confidence in the area.

The non working escalator was the only complaint. It was not functioning for the entire stay. Also the alternate entry was poorly lit and looked dangerous late at night upon arrival. During the day the alternate entrance was fine and well lit.

The property itself is great, comfortable and convenient. Also has great security. Only bad thing is that is in an area where it could be unsafe to stray too far away off the beaten path.

Hotel is connected to Pan station, very convenient to go to NYC and many restaurants on the way inside of the bridge. Very unique experiences, reminded me that we were in big city. Fun to watch people from hotel busy walking in and out of station, look so alive. Parking is very expensive, not recommend renting the car
