Lofty Views is a lovely cottage situated in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking the marsh. It's a wonderful home base for those looking to enjoy the best of Plum Island and Newburyport, with it's beaches, a multitude of free festivals and events, fine dining, art galleries and antique shops, boating, and more.
Offering all the comforts of home (maybe even more!) the house has an open-plan ground floor with soaring ceilings that includes the living area and full kitchen. There are also two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. The large picture windows let in an abundance of natural light. Up a flight of stairs is a loft that overlooks the living room and kitchen, in addition to offering stunning views of the marsh.
Your Plum Island vacation isn’t complete without spending time in the fresh sea air. Relax and enjoy the cool Atlantic breezes from one of the two decks, then leave the car at home and walk to the beach or to local restaurants.

Great location ,5 minute walk to beach and stores.A few things didn't work like the ice maker .A dangerous throw rug that was warped.The screen door off the master was ripped.Overall a good stay

Relaxing vacation
This was a nice and quiet street on plum island. It was a short walk to public beach access on Dartmouth rd. We biked to Mad Martha's cafe one morning for breakfast and biked to Sandy Point park. Enjoyed the house. It was clean and modern.
