1 house off the beach with "peek-a-boo" ocean view from the oversized rooftop deck. This is one of the most conveniently located and nicest rentals in all of Newport Beach. Steps to the sand, and walk to the pier in 5 mins.

This property centrally located on 28th Street just a 5 min walk south of the Newport Beach pier. You can walk anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

Guests can access unit b in back of home, carport B (no garage), Private Rooftop deck

This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Parking Details
(1) Designated parking spot provided in Covered Carport. Mid-sized Trucks/SUVs are permitted however compact vehicles are always recommended in beach cities. (You will not have access to the Left Carport or either Garage)

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Wonderful!

This property was amazing! My husband and I were looking for quick, relaxing getaway and this couldn't have been more perfect. The house was cozy & clean, and outside of the grill needing an upgrade, all the amenities were as listed. We entertained some friends on the rooftop deck and everyone loved it. It was truly just a few steps from the beach, which was also quite clean, and most importantly it was very affordable!! Well worth the price. We had a great time and I highly recommend.

The location of the property is amazing; steps to the beach and steps to restaurants and shopping.

We had a lovely stay at this property with our 3 teenage children. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament in Irvine and we loved being able to spend the off time on the beach. The property is cute and has a very large 3rd floor patio. Our only issues were that the cleaning crew upon check in was a few hours behind, the propane tank was empty, and there are no towels hooks anywhere in the bathroom. The property manager dropped of some gift cards to a local restaurant for us to apologize for the lateness of the cleaning crew and also had someone drop off a new propane tank upon request. Management team was great and responsive:).

Way overpriced

The location was fantastic but the property itself was not as listed. The upstairs patio was unusable as the grill and table were rusted. The property did not have AC and some of the window screens were missing allowing bugs to come in at night. Also could use and outdoor water hose to was feet from beach.
