I’m going to be requesting a partial refund. The room was old dilapidated and had a strong odor. When using the plumbing it smelled like rotten eggs. Housekeeping was not included. Air conditioning rattles the entire room. Walls are thin. Felt like someone was bowling upstairs. We could hear the next door neighbor snoring. I will be taking this up with my credit card company.

perfect vacation

The property was in a nice location close to a state park/ocean/shopping/fine dining. The unit was well-maintained and clean. Top floor is very quiet with a beautiful ocean view. The gym had everything needed for a good work out. There is tennis, ping-pong, ebikes to rent...lots for teenagers to do.

Beautiful views wonderful trip

The villa was very accommodating for our family of 7! It was wonderful having a kitchen for saving on meals, a washer and dryer to cut down on how many outfits we needed to pack, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The kids loved the koi pond, basketball, golf, table tennis, and the pools were the icing on the cake! Everyday you were able to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets with the Pacific in the background. The staff was very helpful if you needed more towels, extra coffee, or had any questions. The beach was super close, so we spent some of our days exploring. We def would stay here again and highly recommend!
