From our appliances to our furniture to the linens, dishware and more this home is without a doubt one of the nicest and certainly cleanest rentals you will come across in the city of Newport Beach.

Located on 42nd St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than one minute to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.
From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details You are provided with (2) Tandem Garage Parking Spots in a (4) Car Garage. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not recommended. Ask for Garage Measurements if you need them.

We stayed at the property last summer and it was easy choice to stay again. We had everything we needed and a close walk to beach and amenities. Very noisy street, but we stayed during the holiday and this was not our experience last summer later in the season.
This cozy spot was ideally located to enjoy all of Newportâs offerings. We have two toddlers and felt it very safe and accommodating for them (didnât use the plug n play but appreciated it was there) which isnât something we can always say, but definitely need for trips. Everything was great.
A wonderful property, a gem in NPB! This is our third trip to this beach, and our favorite property thus far. New, clean and comfortable accommodations! Mattresses and couch firm, spacious bathroom, plenty of space for our things and felt like home. An easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk. Highly recommend this property!
It was a pleasant surprise to find a vacation home that actually was as clean and cute as the photos. This home is spotless and so nicely updated. It was so conveniently located. So close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay so much!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. We had everything we needed, the beds weâre comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again when in Newport. Everything was great. Recently remodeled, super clean. Property management was available and communicative. It is near the road and they do say that in the listing. One block from the beach and great access. Only one issue that I think is easily fixed. Most beach rentals have a couple of bikes and some beach items to use. There were a couple of chairs, umbrella and boogie boards - but the bikes all belonged to the downstairs tenants. Having a couple there would be great to get to the grocery store, boardwalk area, etc. Not a big enough issue to downgrade it from 5 stars, just an observational note.
