KITCHEN & AMENITIES: Both residences include fully stocked kitchens with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and all major and small appliances. The ground floor residence features barstool seating for four around the island, while the second floor residence includes barstool seating for two around the island. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: Two parking spaces in rear garage - rear alley access. Fits compact to medium-sized vehicles and small SUVs. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Loved this house! It was very clean, well equipped and a great location! Didn't have any issues. No air conditioning but there were fans in every room. We would definitely stay here again.
We have been staying in Newport since 1988. Our family has grown with marraiges and grandkids.. This place was the perfect size. It had everything we needed and more than we expected. We will likely return to this spacious , comfortable home next time.
This was a perfect property to enjoy with my family that came out to visit from the Midwest. It was clean, great location, plenty of space and everything you needed. Would rent again.
