Dinky little place. Clean. Nothing else to report, except the bright light that shown through the curtains. Oh, and the crazy woman screaming like she was being murdered that kept us awake for an hour ('till police/ambulance showed) - drugs or alcohol were involved.

The location is good but we had problems with the water pressure in the shower and the water temperature randomly spiking super hot then back to ice cold in a matter of five seconds. As someone who is not familiar with the area it was very noisy. Cars revving their engines loudly and slamming on their horns over and over again at 4 in the morning made it very hard to sleep. Also, there’s a lot of homeless drug addicts in area, but they only seem to come out at night.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with easy access to everything, and it is just a 20-minute walk to Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
