Rooms are old and run-down, and the hotel is clearly in need of serious maintenance—pool tiles are falling off everywhere which was actually dangerous. Guests were allowed to hog/reserve poolside spots with towels all day (even without being at the pool) leaving very few places for other guests. Hotel should manage this or provide more seating for guests. This place feels neglected and outdated. I’d strongly recommend staying at one of the newer, modern resorts in Nusa Dua instead.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! It beautifully blends traditional Balinese charm with modern comfort. The gardens are lush and immaculately maintained, and the beach is just steps away. There are also many pools to choose from! The staff were lovely and attentive, always ready to help. We had 3 rooms booked for a group of 6 and they were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the gardens. If you're looking for a lovely beachfront resort with authentic atmosphere and great service, this place truly lives up to its name. Would definitely return!

This was a perfect luxury first trip to Bali. Hotel staff were professional, respectful, friendly and all ready to help. The guest relations team even surprised me with a cake and beautiful roses on my birthday. I completely appreciated that thoughtful gesture! And since our flight home was midnight, they were gracious and allowed us full use of the facilities before leaving for the airport. We stored our luggage with concert, hung out at the beach and took a shower at the spa. Thank you Nusa Dua Hotel and Spa for a fabulous first trip to Bali!

Totally enjoyed our stay, our bags came a day later and the staff , especially the managers went way out of their way to help us! A beautiful resort, clean, spacious, plenty of restaurants with delicious food! Rooms could benfit from an update but are still very nice and comfortable, couldnt fault housekeeping, Suardika was an awesome friendly guy, ensured our room was always spotless and well stocked Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed with the Nusa dua beach hotel for the last part of our 3 week trip and how amazing it was!! We was celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade with our room. The staff were incredible and made our trip with the resort amazing!! The resort itself is beautiful with so many amenities and dining options especially being right on the beach. We will 100% be back to stay as we absolutely loved it, was definitely a highlight of our trip.
