The suite was amazing and quite spacious! It was completely immaculate and the bed slept well. The shower had great water pressure too. Overall, it was a great room and we enjoyed our multi-night stay!

The hotel was really nice. We chose it because of proximity to UC Berkeley and it was a really nice walk from hotel to university. Enjoyable stay!

Best service!

We requested a late check in and arrived at 11:30pm later than expected due to traffic. When we arrived we were greeted by Chris a friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Turns out my reservation was not for the right date and he accommodated us and even offered valet parking. We were so grateful to have such wonderful service and have a great place to stay after our long day of travel. My child will be attending uc Berkeley and we will always stay with this hotel!

Great historic building, and beautiful hotel. Air conditioning didn't cool the room well, and the sink dripped. But nothing that couldn't be fixed. Super convenient to UC Berkeley campus.

Arrived at 4:30pm and was told no rooms were ready. Watched the desk staff check in others and offer those guests wine or champagne, but it took awhile to get someone to offer me anything other than “we can hold your bags while you wait” (e.g., help figuring out how long the wait would be).

Try to submit the photo it doesnt work. My son went there for final exam at Berkely graduate school but due to bed bug attack his entire body he was hard time to focus on there. As emergency i told him to ask to the hotel for laundry for his safety but hotel team said they cannot be ready until his check out. He changed the room butbsame happening when he got home i cleaned up all his stuff but he is so much itching and fever even. No one contact us even.
