This place is absolutely amazing. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Everything was pretty and the front desk man that checked us in was so sweet. The breakfast was amazing too. Definitely will be coming back here again.

Great Stay but night staff could be more friendly

Overall, We had a good stay and when we checked in the front desk clerks were attentive and friendly. Although, when checking out at 5a.m. this morning the desk clerk who was named Liam wasn’t as friendly. I understand that it was early in the morning and not many customers would leave at the time. But it felt as if it were an inconvenience for him to print out our receipt. I thanked him as he handed it to me and he had no further interaction and just look bothered by me having said yes to a copy after he had clearly asked if I had wanted one.

Customer service was definitely on point. The Gentlemen, Francisco at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and just very helpful. The hotel was very welcoming. Id definitely stay here anytime. The pool had clean towels that were available. Rooms were wonderful, they were so spacious! Everything was just perfect.

Unexpected surprise

Had a last minute trip from out of state for a family surprise birthday party that I didn’t think I would be be to make. Was able to book with no problem. Hotel was beyond what I expected and very clean. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful and made me aware of breakfast times, parking fees and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be booking here again in the near future.
