Awarded 2022 Host of the Week by HostHub. The Home Style is the Key West Model. You are renting the Main House with a private pool. Also a detached Suite above the Movie Theater and Game Room. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Our home offers a cool and refreshing ceramic tiled open floor plan living/dining/kitchen area that is bathed in natural light from the large window and French doors that overlook and open to the private pool with sun deck. There is one MASTER BEDROOM SUITE conveniently located DOWNSTAIRS as well as a SECOND MASTER SUITE upstairs making this home ideal for two families or multi-generational families. For those that require a little more privacy, a completely detached suite with en-suite bathroom is for your taking. We also have a desk setup with wifi if you need to get in a few hours of work. Two additional bedrooms with "Jack and Jill” bath round out the very comfortable accommodations. There is ample parking in front of the home, and also parking for 2 cars in the driveway as this is a Gated Community. Please be sure to have your booking information printed out and have your identification available for the Guard.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week to visit the Disney parks. We had previously stayed at a condo at Reunion and wanted to try a house this time. The property was as listed, clean, comfortable and more than ample room for the three of us (honestly, it was well more than we needed but we can easily see staying here with additional family in the future). Relaxing Decorative Stay

No regrets at all with this rental!! Communication is great with host Shawn. Great recommendation for places to eat and the beds are so comfortable!!!! Everyone has their own space and the pool was amazing! The Reunion community has everything you might need and you really not in need of going anywhere! Super close to Universal Studios and Disney! Thirty to forty minutes in good traffic! Loved the place so much I didn’t want to leave!! Thank you for letting us stay and the you should not hesitate to rent this beautiful home!! Movie theater is amazing and the room on top of the theater is great as well!!

Great Location

Good communication, was a great place for our family to stay as we explored Disney and Universal. This was our first time staying offsite from Disney and was a great location under 1/2 hour to all the parks. Do yourself a favor if staying here, go to the Eleven restaurant one night which is at the Reunion resort (11th floor) and 1/2 mile away. This place has a rooftop view of all the fireworks at Disney- DJ on Fridays and live music on Saturdays. We did this our final night and had awesome cocktails, was a great way to end our vacation. Would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperatures a little cooler than what the owner had then locked at, but overall was a great place for the family; nice and relaxing house to unwind after many busy days.

Very Nice House

The house was very nice and clean, plenty of room for our family to spread out. Nice quiet neighborhood. Drive to the parks was not bad at all. Host was very responsive to messages. We had a great vacation.

Air conditioning problems

The air went out before our stay. There was ice on the downstairs unit when we checked in. I contacted the owner and he had someone come out the next day. Well it wasn’t able to fixed the whole stay. Needless to say, Florida without air conditioning is awful. The owner contacted us and did buy us pizza, to somewhat compensate which was nice. But then the day of checkout, (which you are supposed to have until 11am) the owner locked the air conditioning system for all the other units and turned the air off. It was a tad bit ridiculous. I’m not sure why you cannot control the air when you rent a home. It was miserable. The house was fine. The amenities was everything we needed. The only issue was with the air conditioning and the owner locking the thermostat.
