Enjoyed our Stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and plenty of room for our family to spreadout. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. The drive to get to disney was easy, although always backed up with traffic (but I think thats all of Orlando now). We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was always quiet. The clubhouse and pool were great. Easy to get wristbands and plenty of amenities. My only compliant is the parking restriction of the neighborhood. Only three cars are allowed, which I somewhat understand as you dont want people having parties. However, we were in town to visit friends/ family and we had different visitors each day, which made getting them into the community very frustrating. Rosely was very accomodating by updating our listed three names, but I didnt want to have to bug her every time. Had we known, we probably would have booked a different rental.

Absolutely amazing

We had the pleasure to stay at this home for 4 nights and 5 days. The house was clean, smelt good and everything needed was provided. The location is near everything. Walmart is down the street. I would definitely stay here again when returning next year. The resort was safe. Our luggage arrived before we did and sat on the porch for hours with no problem. The rear of our house was very secluded and the kids absolutely loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. I have no complaints and definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!!!

Fantastic stay at this amazing holiday house

Our group of 12 (3 x families of 4) loved this well appointed property only 15 minutes from Disney. The children loved the themed bedrooms and the pool. The views out of the back of the house were spectacular. The onsite club house and pool / slides were also fantastic. Communication with the property manager both before and during our stay was very swift with no problems. Would highly recommmend.

Great vacation rental

We had stayed in Windsor Hills twice before in similar houses. This one was in a lovely quiet location with no rear neighbours. We paid the extra for the pool heating and it was very warm right from day one so the children made good use of it. We had a couple of small problems that were answered by Rosely instantly and fixed the next day. The property had minor wear and tear issues such as only two of four slice toaster working, kettle lid not opening, curtain rail fallen down, toilet roll holder coming away from the wall etc.. Some of these were mentioned to Rosely on arrival , just to ensure her that we had not caused the damage and that they were not a problem to us. Rosely replied that they would be fixed ASAP after we left. Overall a very enjoyable rental in a great location with prompt response to all our correspondence and questions

Great house, host, and location

Overall great experience! The house was clean, linens were soft, shower was hot with good water pressure. The host was helpful and responsive. The only reason it didn't get a full 5 stars was the air conditioner could not be set lower than 72 degrees pre sign in house. While we could open windows at night in April and had a good time, this could be an issue for some who need a cold house for sleeping. (Grandma wasn't with us so it was fine)

Great spot conveniet to parks

Condo is as shown! Clean and spacious. Rosely is very prompt and attentive. Convenient to Disney. One thing to think about is wether you should heat the pool or not.... we paid to have the pool heated for 2 weeks in mid march. The pool was more like a hot tub and really too hot to swim in. I asked to have it adjusted, which wasn't an option, and then just turned off which Rosely had done promptly. It improved for a day, but I think during our 2nd week, it may have gotten turned back on becuase it was again too hot to enjoy. A bummer for how much we spent. Other than that this property and outdoor area were fantastic! Would definitley recommend this property.

Awesome, clean property! Great owners.

This property was just as described in the listing. This is a clean home with a lot of space for people to spread out. The owner is highly responsive and cared that our needs were met. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. There are two playgrounds for smaller kids; one of the playgrounds is fairly large (very exciting for our 5 year old). While it was too cold for us to explore, there is also a community pool area that looked very nice! This home overlooks a large wildlife pond area so there is a decent amount of privacy in the back. One of my favorite things about this home is that the hot water (for showers and baths) never ran out, even when 6 of us used it within a couple of hours of each other. Also, there are TVs in every room that can connect to streaming services. If you're visiting Disney, this home is in a great spot. It's closer than any other property we've stayed at. In the morning it only took us about 10 - 15 minutes to get to Hollywood Studios. Overall, great property and owners and we hope to stay again soon!

Great house in a great location

This property was great! Plenty of room for bigger families. There is a Walmart one mile away and the house is just minutes from Disney. We really enjoyed the pool and game room. We would definitely stay here again. Everything is as described in the listing. This made for a great family vacation!

Amazing Vacation, Awesome House

This property was the perfect place to stay during our vacation and birthday celebration at Walt Disney World. The house was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, very clean, and decorated beautifully. It is located very close to the theme parks and Disney Springs. The resort felt safe. Even the men at the check-in gate were friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed Rosely, she responded almost immediately. My family loved this house and only wants to stay here when we are in Orlando. Beautiful place, great location

This place was perfect for our celebration. It was clean and exactly as described. Everyone was impressed. We loved the pool, great size and depth. The game room in the garage was also a big hit with the families. With multiple families driving in for the weekend, parking can be tricky, but it all worked out in the end.

Fantastic Stay

Booking with Rosely was absolutely wonderful! This property was beautiful and exactly like it was pictured online. We had 6 team members staying at this house and we all had our own private room. Great Family Time!!

This house was a fantastic place to spend our Spring Break! Plenty of space for our family and fun activities to do - my kids spent their whole time bouncing between the pool and game room. The property was just as advertised. It was spacious, excellently cleaned,plenty of amenities had an excellent view and the pool area is amazing. Will stay there again when in the area for sure! Personal Touches Everywhere!

My family and I are headed back home after spending 5 nights at this property. This was by far the best and most affordable place we have stayed in Kissimmee. Fourteen of us shared this beautifully furnished home ranging in age from 9 to 67 with zero complaints. From the cozy blankets on every bedroom closet shelf, to the coffee filters in the cabinet, to the handwritten note and chocolates left as a thank you; Rosely and her team thought of everything. Since we stayed over New Year’s, I paid to heat the pool and it worked great. Beds were comfy, plenty of dishes and utensils. Little homey touches everywhere. We had access to the resort pool and activities but didn’t take advantage but lots of families did. My family requested this house again on our next visit! We will definitely be back.
