Looking for your first post pandemic SUNNY and WARM family vacation?? LOOK NO FURTHER for the perfect vacation rental in the highly sought out WINDSOR HILLS, the closest gated community to Disney World. Only 15 minutes away! =D

The space is a renovated 2 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms.
Every detail has been designed with your family in mind. Enter the home with a convenient secure keypad code. The first floor boasts a fully equipped open kitchen with new appliances and supplies such as pots, pans, cups, utensils, dishes etc, all ready for your culinary wizardry. Go for a dip in your private pool just steps away. The pool has a screened gate security feature for your peace of mind. All the linens are provided for in each room, including bath towels and pool towels.

Some additional amenities to make life easier on vacation include:

-washer and dryer
-iron and ironing board
-hair dryer
-PlayStation console in kid's room
-pool heat (for extra fee)

As if having Disney close by is not enough, you can enjoy the wonderful amenities of staying in Windsor Hills.

No smoking, no pets and no parties allowed. As this is a vacation rental, basic starter items are provided to get you started on your vacation. These include bar soap, two dishwasher pods, two washer pods, one garbage bag, paper towel roll and one toilet paper roll in each bathroom. Thankfully there is a Walmart literally one minute down the street. There are enhanced Covid-19 cleaning protocols in place. Our professional cleaning team sanitizes and infects the property thoroughly after each stay and each booking has a 24 hour vacancy window before and after.

This home was designed and decorated as a place that I would want my family and friends to stay in. I hope that you and your family will feel warm and welcomed and can enjoy the fruits of your labor. -christina

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

Christine was the perfect hostess; she quickly responded to help us get our second vehicle through gate security. The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 5 adults and grandsons ages 3 and 4 months. The pool was perfect for the 3 year old. We were minutes from the Disney and highly recommend this condo.

Overall great stay

The property was easy to get to, very clean, convenient for our Disney trip. Gate was provided for stairs, high chair and booster seat were available for the kids. Great owner, easy to get in touch with and fast response. Only problem we had was that we paid for the pool to be heated and when we went to test the water it seemed to not be heated.

Quiet and perfect location for Disney

The property was very nice and just as pictured! It's in a very cute and secure complex and a great distance from stores and the Disney parks! The host was incredible responsive for the additional car requests I had. I would gladly stay here again with our family.

Condo review

The property owner Christina was very flexible and easy to work with. There were a couple things in terms of cleanliness that prevented me from giving it 5 stars. For example: I noticed a large dead bug in the boiler room when I was looking for a broom, and there was no net in the pool area to remove the debris so the kids had to swim with it. We still very much enjoyed the property and it was more than enough space for the 6 of us. I blame the cleanliness issues on the cleaning crew, not Christina. I would definitely rent from her again.

The best property in the complex

We stayed at this complex for the second time and this was by far the cleanest and best in overall property. I've been looking for properties for a long time, but this one was really the best. Everything looked great, new and clean. Location is between the pool and a playground, which is great. Backyard pool is facing the park, so it's not busy with cars. Kids loved it, they did not want to go home. Thank you!

Spent a few days here with my family and it was great for us. I have younger kids (8yo and younger) and this place had all we needed from (crib, high chair, kid utensils, gaming system, etc.). The private pool and community’s splash park were great perks.

What a wonderful stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our two girls (3 and 5 yr olds). This place is newly renovated even the appliances are brand new! The beds are super comfy. Great amenities. My kids loved the kiddie pool (perfect for when you need a break from Disney). Walmart is just down the road. So glad we found this little gem, we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic stay!!! Amazing property!

We were blown away by this property! It is BEAUTIFUL and I could not have imagined a better place to stay near Orlando. It was immaculately clean and the property manager was so easy to communicate with, fast responses and very friendly. I would stay here again and again if ever we go back to this area. Definitely book here if you're looking for affordable, beautiful accommodations near Orlando!

Wonderful stay with the family!

Had a wonderful time with the family! Christina was very responsive and helpful. Check in was super easy and was very accommodating with the check in time. Clean, modern, and so cute! Exactly as pictured. Loved the homey touches - made us feel more at home. Great location too! So close to Disney. And was so great to have a communal pool, not to mention the kiddie pool in the townhouse! And a Walmart down the street! Got to have that for grocery run. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
