Not a good choice

We arrived at our rental and all we wanted was a hot shower to settle in and relax after a long drive. The bathtub wasn't cleaned properly there was different body hair in it (Gross) the towel rach was broken. Upstairs floor was dirty and small pieces of used toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. I contacted the host the next morning and sent all the photos. They asked if we wanted the cleaner to come and re-do it whoch i said no because i had already cleaned all those areas. I let them know that it was unacceptable and for future reference to make sure the units are cleaned properly. I got a message back saying that the cleaner has been there 4 years and assured them the place was clean (mind you i sent photos). Definitely do not recommend renting with these people.

Clean and great location but would pass next time

The unit was clean and matched the pictures. However the living room furniture is stained and needs to be replaced. We didn’t even sit on it it was that gross. The mattresses are extremely worn and we had to place blankets under the fitted sheets so the springs were not poking at us. A big disappointment for us was the washer not working!!! When we inquired on the second day he said that the cold water valve had to be replaced and to use the 2 hour hot water cycle! A lot of our clothes can’t be washed in hot water so it was a big inconvenience to be hand washing clothing on our vacation. I feel this should have been mentioned to us before hand because they obviously knew of the problem before we arrived as management stated that they were waiting for a part to fix it. We asked for extra towels (you get one bath towel, one pool towel and a hand towel per bed) but they said they could not accommodate us, even with the washer not working properly.Management was very quick to reply to all of our concerns but none could be fixed. The property is in the best area however for Disney and Universal days and for this reason we will stay at Seven Dwarves Villas again, but not in this unit unless upgrades and repairs are done.
