The Space:

Soft morning light fills the townhouse as you settle into the calm of Reunion, with quiet pathways, golf cart crossings, and the gentle rhythm of a community built for relaxation. After a day exploring nearby parks, you can return to a space designed to make unwinding easy, whether you settle into the living area or step out to the back patio. With easy access to the community pool and room for your group to spread out, the home offers a comfortable retreat close to some of Orlando's most loved attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms provide space for up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and a second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third bedroom is set up with 1 bunk bed and 1 full bed, creating a flexible layout for families or groups. Two and a half bathrooms support the home, offering convenience throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

The back patio opens directly toward the community pool, giving you a place to step outside for a breath of fresh air or enjoy time together between outings. The townhouse also includes access to additional shared facilities in Reunion, set within a gated community known for its walkable paths and nearby golf courses.



Kitchen and dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides the space to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjoining indoor and outdoor dining areas create room for shared breakfasts before heading to Disney, which is 4 miles away, or relaxed dinners after exploring Universal or SeaWorld. A dining table and ample counter space make it easy to gather and cook together.



Comfort and convenience

The living area is designed for group time, whether you unwind with the TV or settle in after a full day. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essential home comforts support your stay, and a free washer and dryer add practical convenience. Wifi and a dedicated workspace provide flexibility for guests who need to stay connected.



Neighborhood

Reunion offers a blend of everyday ease and resort-style surroundings, with a gated layout, slow-speed roads, and a community atmosphere where many residents live year-round. Venturing out the back gate brings you to a wide variety of dining options and local attractions, including water parks, alligator farms, and airboat rides. The location places you close to top attractions while giving you a peaceful place to return to.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



A car is recommended to explore Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Reunion is near major highways (I-4), providing quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
