Terra Verde is a private, gated Vacation Home Community and Resort, located within easy reach of the US192 corridor and within 15 minutes of Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and numerous other Kissimmee, Orlando and Florida attractions. With the Orlando International Airport only 25 minutes from the Resort, this is an ideally located Vacation Home for your stay.

Your vacation home is a spacious 4 bedroom townhome with a full sized private pool and lake views. The house can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group up to 8 people. Recently upgraded and redecorated with a 55 inch 4K smart TV in the lounge, granite kitchen worktops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large real leather couches, exterior redecoration, and full American king bed in the main bedroom. The south east facing pool is screened and has a removable safety fence to protect your little ones.

Terra Verde Resort offers a comprehensive range of attractions and amenities for all your family’s enjoy. At the very heart of Terra Verde and within easy walk of your vacation home, is the award winning clubhouse and pool for the exclusive use of Guests and Owners.

Price includes all taxes and cleaning on departure. Private pool heating can be provided for a minimum of 7 consecutive days at additional cost of $30 per day plus taxes (pool heat can be arranged at time of booking only). The resort charges a $25 fee for a vehicle front gate access card.

Clean, excellent rental just as described

Town house was in great condition, very clean and well stocked. Lots of towels, blankets, extra sheets. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and baking. Pool had lots of seating available, we paid for pool heat and it was great. The resort is beautiful with lots to do. It was our 7th time staying at this resort so it is one of our favorites. We feel very safe and it is a close drive to everything.

Perfect for a home base for a multigeneration family

We were in Fl for a part business part vacation stay. First floor bathroom and bedroom a plus for grandparents. Nice pool, with a nice view in a lovely community. The only negative is the traffic. Even at 6am the traffic is awful. The property is quite close to grocery stores & the attractions but difficult to get anywhere do to traffic. Allow extra time coming & going anywhere(full disclosure- we were there Easter week and the week after). I would certainly stay here again. The owners were SUPER responsive to our questions.

Terra Verde Rental

Property was very nice and clean. The heated Pool was amazing for the kids! We loved the clubhouse pool, hot tub, play area, games and tiki bar. It was only a few minute walk from our rental. It is a very nice place to stay.

Great property, close to Disney World and about an hour from Legoland. Nice gated community, full size private pool, quick drive to amusement parks and nearby ammentities. Super clean, with updated applicances. Owner is very engaged and responds quickly to inquiries. Definitely recommend, you won't regret it! 😁

Wonderful family vacation

Our rental home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The townhome is nicely located facing a part of the lake and is just a short walk to the community pool and clubhouse amenities. We were well acquainted with Terra Verde as we have stayed at the resort on a number of previous vacations and love the convenience of the tiki bar and the walkway around the lake. The home’s private pool was a nice addition as the days were hot and sunny! The owners were very helpful in trying to resolve an issue related to grounds work around their property; although out of their control we were appreciative of their efforts and staying in close communication. My one suggestion for the owners would be to purchase a small rolling storage/utility cart to store food supplies. There is not a lot of extra cupboard space for visitors with a large family who like to cook/bake most of their meals. All in all, we enjoyed a wonderful family vacation, would rent again, and would recommend this property to others.

Christmas to remember!

We had such a great time. The property owner was amazing, especially when working with us to add an extra day since we ended up flying out a day early in order to get out before the blizzard hit in our home state! They were so helpful and accommodating. Everything was very clean and my family loved having the pool there! Highly recommend getting the gate key card as it made life a lot easier! Everything about our stay was great and the house was so close to all the destinations we wanted to visit! Thanks for making our Christmas one to remember!

Our family had such a wonderful stay a this home! The communication with the owner and the check-in process was very pleasant! The house is super clean and the location was prefect! This was a great home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty towels and washcloths. Everything was clean and in good working order. We would definitely stay in this home again. The owners were very nice to work with. It’s a great community to stay in.

Very nice!

This was our first time getting away just the 5 of us got an extended period. The owners were very easy to work with and took the time answering my questions about heating the pool. The location was close enough to everything but far enough out of the way to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of Florida. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Family Fun

My entire family was so overwhelmed by this home. The home is extremely well maintained and according to my mother, "Has all the comforts of home and MORE!" Extremely high praise from a 75 year old traveler. Our large family will definitely be visiting this home again and recommending to others!

Wonderful Stay

We've been users of Terra Verde Resort since 2017, but for the first time we stayed at this property. We're really pleased. I'd even say surprised by the amount of utensils that the owners leave at our disposal, especially in the kitchen. We had every possible comfort, heated pool water and a privileged location, allowing us to walk to the club. In addition, Stephen always kept in touch and tried to meet our demands. We'll be back for sure. As of today, it becomes our reference point in this Resort.

Great Vacation Rental

We stayed here for a week for my sons volleyball tournament in Orlando and had a great time. Location was super convenient for this. The listing was as described. Very clean.
