Orlandobestvilla is a private 4 bedrooms, 2 baths house located in a gated community of Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee which is 20 minutes to the Disney Magic Kingdom as well as Universal studio Orlando. It has a private pool as well as a community pool, spa, gym, and kids friendly pool area. The resort also has a private fishing area, lawn tennis, and basketball courts. As a guest, you will have access to all these amenities. Stainless steel appliance, flat-screen smart TV in each room and cable TV in the living area. 2 separate dining area as well as a breakfast granite counter area in the kitchen.

Relaxing vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this property. Pictures are accurate and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Property is located near many stores and restaurants.

No Lights or Pool

This property was poorly maintained. We could not use the private pool because it and the surrounding area were fifthly. the grill was used by previous guest and never cleaned. There were very few lights and was difficult to see. The neighbors walk there hugh dog in the back yard of the pool area and look into the home, which does not have curtains that close all the way. The neighbor on the other side there dog howls like a werewolf every morning around 5 am. We are asking to be reimbursed 50% of our cost. Upon arrive were no instructions to get into the house, we called the property manager everyday about the pool and for 7 days nothing was done. We have pictures that can be provide if necessary. The extra bedrooms blankets were not washed in a long time. The kitchen light is burnt out and was never repaired.

Great vacation home

The house is beautiful and fully furnished. We had most meals at the house and could do laundry. The kids loved the pool and nearby park. We were close to Walmart, Disney, restaurants and the outlet malls. We would love to stay again if we’re in the Orlando area!

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

We enjoyed staying in Orlando Bestvilla. The house is very nice, comfortable and clean. It’s located close to Disney, Universal Orlando. Also there are many restaurants and supermarkets very close. I really recommend it!! For sure we will rent this place again for our next vacations to Orlando!!!

Value for the Money

Because I have had a prior experience staying at a VRBO rental, I had a very high expectation. While the rental was clean and the owner responsive, I was disappointed in the finishes and pool. It wasn’t so horrible that it ruined my stay but i did expect more for the per night price. Please know you will need to buy towels, toilet paper and other staple items if you are staying more than a few days.

Overall Great

To start I will say we had a few hiccups but was handled very professionally. With that said I would stay there again in a heart beat. VERY NICE place. Close to everything. 25 min with traffic to everywhere you want to be 18 min with out traffic. Walmart is right around the corner. Lots of food choices. Back to the house it was clean and comfy. You will need to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper if your there for a longer visit, but you will have everything else you need. We washed cloths a few times while we were there. Washer and dryer worked great. ( Bring your own detergent). Getting into the place was easy. Have your reservation handy and its no trouble. Very nice guards. The owners were also very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all the questions we had. All in all it was wonderful.

Quick getaway

Process to pick this property in shorttime was seamless. The home was very nice and well kept. Looks just like the picture and was a lovely location to food and attractions. Speaking with the property owner was very responsive to address my concerns.

Beautiful and close to parks

Great location and amenities! We did not get to use the pool as we stayed during Christmas, but everything else was perfect. One note...you may need a bit of patience when at the gate, as the guard seemed to ave stepped away a fair bit. Overall I would highly recommend!
