Family trip to Disney.

Just got back from our stay. Location was great for going to and from the parks. House was stocked well and meet our needs for a group of 10. Enjoy the private pool after the long park days. And the host answered all of our questions quickly and was very helpful.

Best Place Ever !!!

If you’re looking for a beautiful home to stay in for vacation, this is your place! It feels like it’s your home and that you’re not even on vacation. The location is excellent if you are heading to Disney without the cost of the expensive onsite Disney properties. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short because of Hurricane Milton. But we would definitely stay here again! Kudos to the Ratai Family for having such a welcoming rental for other families to enjoy!

Martin Disney Graduation Trip for Annali

While our legs were tired, our hearts were full of memories of family time in this inviting and comfortable home. We rested well with the quiet neighborhood, made simple meals to enjoy and ended with a family game night with so many games to choose from provided by the hosts! Thank you Matt and Kara! We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were quick to respond and the property manager was very nice and helped with the one issue that we did have. The location was perfect and close to all Disney parks, shopping and food. We are already planning our next visit!

Spring Break '23

The house is perfect for a large group, clean, and beautiful! We came down from Michigan for some warmth and sun. We spent our time enjoying the resort amenities and family time at the house. Check in is a little confusing. You have to check in at the resort entrance first to get your gate card to the house entrance which is down the street and around the corner. I liked that the main floor had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for the older folks in our group. A higher toilet, shower slip mat, and grab bar to support themselves would have been nice to have. We ate most of our meals in. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part. A couple larger frying pans, griddle, common spices, and stove top cleaner would have been nice to have available. Only a couple days of essentials are provided. Plan to buy trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towel, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. The 4 toilets each come with only one roll of toilet paper which became a big deal on day 2 for about 30 minutes when everyone needed to poop but had to wait for more toilet paper to arrive. The 17 year old girls sharing the bunk room with little siblings complained that the ensuit bathroom door didn't latch properly or lock. This was remedied by having them use the hallway bathroom upstairs instead. The a/c leak during our stay was promptly taken care of. Matt and Kara are super responsive and the landlord, who lives 2 doors down, is great. The little screened in private pool in the back is darling, and the grill was wonderful and worth the extra money. The safety pool fence and door alarm were great with my toddler nephew there. It would have been nice if a baby stair gate was available to keep him off the stairs. The clubhouse pool is great with plenty of seating. The walk to the clubhouse was so fun! We saw our little alligator friend every day and lots of wildlife as we crossed the bridged walkway. Having a laundry room was a game changer. It was nice to pop the provided pool towels in the dryer at the end of our pool days and keep up on our laundry during our stay to avoid taking a weeks worth of laundry home. Keeping a large, multi-family group of old, young, handicapped, and mentally unstable is an impossible combination to keep completely happy, but I would not hesitate to book another stay at this home with just my immediate family next time!

Great location to Disney. But could be better.

It was a little confusing getting into the gated complex. But once in, it was fine going and coming. House was clean and had everything we needed. Only negative was neighbors were smoking tons of weed and nightly noise complaint during our two night stay. This is environment wasn’t conducive to families and feeling safe. Overall we had no safety issues directly because we stayed inside, but the culture and environment around us felt uneasy. During the first night neighbors had blaring club music until 3am. Weed smell overtook the parking lot of the entire neighborhood road. Other than that it was a nice experience. Might stay again if other rentals are not available.

Wedding and Walt Disney World

This property is amazing and on a resort too! The owners has decorated throughout with Disney characters and our grandsons were finding news ones everyday. The kitchen is stocked above what we have experienced in other past rentals. The layout was perfect for our family needs as well as the bathrooms. The pool was perfect for our grandsons, ages 6 and under. All the adults utilized the pool as well. If renting during winter season highly recommend heating the pool. It was so wonderful after being at WDW all day long. We had no issues during our stay and working with Matt and Kara was so easy when I reached out to them with questions. The location is perfect to get to all of WDW properties! We will definitely rent this unit again!!

Beautiful Disney Home

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was perfect for our Disney trip. Very close to the park. Plenty of space for every one and tons of beds. The host replies back asap when you have any inquiries. Home was the cleanest home I've rented. Comfortable beds. I have no complaint on this home. I will definitely come back for our next trip. My favorite part is the entire home was Disney themed and the kids loved the themed bedrooms. I even loved the book inside the home that explained all the parks, height requirements, and includes maps.

Perfect for Disney vacation

The house was awesome, had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Drive time depends a lot on traffic but it took us about 10 min to animal kingdom 15-20 to Epcot , magic kingdom, and Hollywood House was well stocked with all your needs. Very clean and checkin was super easy.

PERFECT STAY FOR OUR First Disney Trip with Family!

We stayed at this property this past week, for our first stay at Disney. It was 3 families, with 3 children of all ages! We loved loved loved this home! It was clean, and cozy! Enough beds for all of us! The check in and out process was so simple and it was convenient to the parks! The owners are the nicest people and Matt was always a simple email away for any questions we had! We hunkered down for Tropical Storm Nicole, and they were so nice to keep us posted on the changes happening within the gated community! Could not have asked for anything better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Cute and spacious house

Had issues the first day with an a/c leak before we showed up and the response from the property manager. Owner was amazing with getting this taken care of. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Probably would be better for those who don't have small children, as there is no way to lock the front door from inside and can easily be opened by small children and there is no way to block off stairs, which are very steep. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at this property for a joint family trip with close friends to experience Disney! In total we had 4 adults and 6 children (all ages 2-7). The check in process was smooth and the owner was prompt in responding to any needs we had during our stay! We enjoyed the amenities of the community resort (although the movie theatre was temp out of order the one day we tried that). The property was just as described and perfect for our crew!We will definitely consider this spot for future Disney trips! The set up of the condo is great!!

Perfect for our group of 9

The place is amazing and housed the 9 of us very comfortably. We had an issue with the washing machine on Friday (it didn’t work at all) but Villa Direct addressed it immediately and it was fixed the same day. They were been fantastic. We visit Disney about every 2 years and this is the best Disney vacation yet. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our next Disney vacation in a couple of years.

Central Florida's Best

My husband and I traveled to Paradise Palms for Memorial Day weekend with the grandkids and a few of their friends (ages 6-13). We were completely blown away by the cleanliness, decor and the overall location. It is just as described online. Everyone was very friendly and the kids enjoyed making new friends at the community pool. Property is close to restaurants, gas, grocery and shopping centers. Owners were super responsive and attentive to our needs. The property amenities were excellent and the staff was welcoming and friendly. We will absolutely return!!

Awesome Family Spot

Spacious but cozy townhouse. We stayed for my son’s birthday (5 kids and 6 adults) and enjoyed our time. Never felt cramped and everything was spotless. The check in process was a little confusing and the gate is not user friendly since the scanner is on the passenger side but it did not takeaway from our overall stay.

Perfect for large families!!

We had a phenomenal time on our family Disney trip. The house was perfect for our family of 7, the kids all had their own space which helped keep the fighting to a minimum. 😊 They really enjoyed finding the hidden Mickey’s and the pool at the house was just right for keeping our 6 year entertained when we were too tired to go to the community pool. The house was exactly as it’s pictured, and Ashley was such a sweet host!
