We had a fantastic stay. The place was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. It felt like the host had thought of absolutely everything — all the essentials were already there, so you really only need to pack your personal items. The only downside was that the pool was cold and didn’t heat up as well as it should, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was easy, comfortable, and stress‑free. I’d definitely stay again.

Quiet luxury

We had a great holiday at Stromboli Villa . It was exactly as the pictures and was exceptionally clean and tidy . Beautifully maintained and obviously well looked after . The villa is at the far end of a quiet street so there is no through traffic. We did have one small problem with one of the tv,s in a bedroom but Fred came same day and sorted it . We were close to restaurants and Publix and Walmart . Very close to nearby golf courses and only 6 mile from Disney WE would definitely book again if we return to Florida one da

Excellent Property

The property was perfect. It was very nice inside and out. It provided plenty of space for our family to rest and relax. The house was close to Disney Parks and other restaurants and shopping. Thanksgiving 2022

The online description was an understatement. The home was immaculate and inviting upon our arrival. I am a very obsessive housekeeper when it comes to my own home and I could tell this home was maintained with love and attention to every detail. The homeowner even reached out to me and answered a question I posted before the listing agency. This meant a lot. I would HIGHLY recommend this to any family with young children or a family get together. 10 Stars in my book!

Family Disney Trip

This property was very well maintained and very clean. We loved the one level layout of the house. You could tell a lot of thought was taken in the decorating and furnishing of the property. Perfect home for family vacation in Orlando

Had a wonderful stay. House is clean, modern, and in close proximity of all the fun of Orlando. About 15 minute to Disney theme parks- tons of stores/shopping/restaurants around. Pool was great! Would highly recommend to any family wanting a comfortable home in a safe community. Space enough for everyone. Plenty of towels/pool towels/linens. Well equipped kitchen. Communicating with property manager was great- working with evolve travel- not so much. Owners sent email wishing us a nice stay- which was a nice personal touch.

Awesome vacation rental!

.y family and I had a fantastic time staying here. Everything was better than expected. There was 7 of us with 2 of our grandchildren under 7 years old. The loved the pool! The house was close to Everything. Sitting out by the pool overlooking the lake was so relaxing. We will definitely recommend staying here. Looking forward to staying again.

Complete comfort

This house was the ultimate for my family a peaceful neighborhood and spacious home enough room for everyone. The pool was the knock out punch for the children as they spun hours in it during our stay. Everyone we encountered was so nice and the location is perfect as it’s located to everything you need. Spring Break 2022

We were kept update to date on our stay information. Access to the property was clearly given. Pictures provided were accurate in detail. The home was very open and spacious. We addressed a concern with the property manager who quickly replied and had fixed as soon as possible. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of things close by to do. We had a very nice relaxing stay. We hope to stay with you again next year!

Great house, great location

House is in great condition, everything worked. Only negative was trash left in the garbage can in the garage by the cleaning folks or prior tenants. The smell was real bad. Took 2-3 days for property manager to address it. Not house owner's issue

The house is as pictured and amazing. It was about a 15/20 minute drive to Disney each day - and many places to eat nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved staying here and would stay again. Nothing negative to say about this house or host - we loved it! They also left us a special note and we loved this extra special touch.

This place was so nice! Clean and suffieciently supplied for all your cooking needs. Enough seating for eating, relaxing by the pool! Kids had a blast in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

What a wonderful home!

I took my Mom (75) and Grandma (96) to this home for a week to celebrate Mother’s Day. We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and very clean. Everything that you could want in a kitchen was provided. There were plenty of linens including pool towels. We were able to meet the caretaker and his lovely wife, very kind and helpful! I wanted to emphasize that wile the home was much larger than our little group needed, I chose this property because the homeowners were thoughtful enough to install handrails into both the pool and jacuzzi. This feature was very difficult to find. Thank you for allowing us to rent your special home. We have great memories!
