clean towels more tissue fix what the last person did

i really enjoyed the home my family had a great time only thing the maid are cleaning person didnt change any of the towel i email it over but it was a nice home clean ready to go again

Nice stay... but needs a pick me up

We loved the size of the home but this house does need a good pick me up. The bad: Two pans have the black nonstick portion of the pan all scraped off inside which made us have to go and buy pans. That nonstick stuff coming off is not healthy. The carpets and sofa downstairs were stained and the blinds on the sliding door were missing 2 or 3 blinds , once something is stained or broken it appears unclean and after spending over $2,000 you don’t want stains. Please spend the money and replace the items. The walls are also all severely scuffed throughout the entire house, doing touch up is very important with a short term rental it makes it appear dirty and unappealing . While the house was clean in terms of tubs and floors and kitchen counters and fridge. The stains on carpet and sofa and scuffs on wall and worn pans made it less than pleasurable. The pros: The beds are super comfy and the actual tubs and bathrooms are clean along with the bedding and pillows in the rooms. The game room upstairs was great and the couch was nice. All the bunk beds made it perfect for a big family coming together to rent. It was only 4 of us staying here but all the room was still amazing! The pool was also clean and well maintained. The Xbox and TV's in all rooms was amazing and the amount of towels was great. The garage door did not lock but they were prompt to come fix that and the sliding door being unlocked was also fixed. The big washer and dryer was a huge perk and beneficial to us. The customer care was also great to respond to all fixes and when our door code did not work. The toy story room was super cute! And the master up and master down was incredible. If you have a big family this gives plenty of room for everyone to come and have space.

Loved the place but the game room basketball game was broken. The gate getting into the place was terrible our paper would not scan and would not for several people. Anytime we left coming back in the gate was a hassle and there would be several peoples papers that would not scan. Try calling the guards and that was a time as well. Also I think it's crazy that if the place comes with a hot tub you should not have to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated so if you don't add it in your package it's only warm and not hot at all. Other then that the house itself if very nice and was very clean.

Great family stay

We had a large group of combined families, which is hard to accommodate, but this home was very spacious with plenty of bathrooms and a really nice layout. We never felt crowded even with 16 people. Would definitely recommend!
