POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.


PARKING: No street parking is allowed.

Camera: NO SECURITY CAMEARA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring door bell will be on during your stay.

Pros: very spacious, great size bedrooms, close to Disney parks, good location to shops and food, nice pool and jacuzzi Cons: 2 towels per bedroom, no cleaning supplies, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen towel, have to wait for someone from across the street to open the entry gate to community

Overall the house was nice. Only issue that I had was with the towels that were provided. Most the the towels look dingy from over use, even after we washed them. We ended up having to go buy towels because we were not comfortable using them. Other then that the have was very clean.

Overall Experience

The home and surroundings are excellent. The following are the drawbacks of staying at the house: there were not enough supplies, we had to buy additional paper towels and tissue, and we had to wash the towels and washcloths before leaving. There was room for improvement in communication. Yes, instructions were provided, however I anticipate a text response if I text the owner with a query. Benefits include excellent security and hassle-free parking for multiple cars.

Excelente propiedad, me quedé con mis hermanos y cada uno con sus familias. Éramos 13 personas en total, 8 adultos, 2 adolescentes y 3 niños. Realmente comodidad para todos. En 30 minutos estás en los parques tanto de Disney como de Universal. Pasamos excelente en la casa!

Great house

Lovely Place

Great property. We love the Solara Resort neighborhood. We have always had great properties w/ bonus amenities. Home was great for a large party (8) people plenty of bedrooms and baths left over for more people- (2) bedrooms on the main floor was perfect as we had 2 older couples who could not do the stairs. The kitchen had all your cooking needs, outdoor space was great, just wished we could have used the pool more due to the weather did not cooperate the week we were there.

Amazing Orlando Vacation Home

Everything in the house was exactly as pictured and perfect. The house was beautiful, each room was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The private pool and hot tub were fantastic. The communication with the property manager was great. He was detailed, quick to respond and kind.
