This 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Solara Resort, Kissimmee, sleeps 16, with a king master suite, a mix of king and queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and your own private pool with outdoor seating. The resort adds a pool, FlowRider surf simulator and gym. Walt Disney World is just 10–15 minutes away. We can't wait to host you!



The Space:

Step inside this brand-new family haven in Solara Resort – a six-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom pool home that comfortably sleeps 16.



SLEEPING: a luxurious master suite with a king-size bed, and five more bedrooms furnished with a mix of king, queen and double beds for the whole family or group. With 4.5 bathrooms, everyone has space and privacy.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to cook, a dining table for meals together, and a dedicated game room with a foosball table and game console for hours of fun.

OUTDOORS: your private oasis – a sparkling pool surrounded by comfortable outdoor seating (pool heating available for an extra fee).

RESORT: Solara Resort guests enjoy the community's amenities, including a fitness center and resort pool.



LOCATION: Kissimmee, just minutes from Walt Disney World and the shopping and dining along US-192 and Highway 27.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 6-bedroom house, including the private pool, game room with foosball table and game console, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable outdoor seating area. In addition, guests can enjoy the resort amenities, which include a communal pool and gym. This ensures a perfect blend of privacy and access to recreational facilities for a memorable family vacation. The property offers free parking on the premises and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, your vacation home offers unparalleled access to the area's most exciting attractions. You're just a short drive from the world-famous theme parks, including Walt Disney World (approximately 10-15 minutes), Universal Studios (around 20-25 minutes), and SeaWorld (about 15-20 minutes). This prime location allows you to easily experience the magic of these parks. Dining options abound, with a vast array of restaurants to suit every taste, from casual family eateries to upscale dining experiences, all within a convenient distance. Shopping enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to various shopping centers and outlet malls, perfect for souvenirs and retail therapy. The neighborhood itself is a family-friendly community, offering a safe and welcoming environment for your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our Kissimmee home! You'll find free parking on the premises and on the street, making it simple to explore the area. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 25-30 minute drive. While public transportation options are available in the broader Orlando area, they are less prevalent in this specific neighborhood, so having a car is recommended for the most convenient travel. Major attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are all within a short drive, ensuring you can quickly access the magic! Consider ride-sharing services or taxis as alternative transport methods to get around the area.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



PARKING: Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.



POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
