It was an ok stay, shuttle service hours weren’t the best but that’s ok, a staff member at the front desk was a bit rude when asking for an item for the room & worst thing was the second night we were there once we got back from being out i go to use the bathroom and notice it was infested with ants!! From the floors to the walls, the toilet & even the ceiling had some which was gross. Won’t be going back again!

Pictures were deceiving.. area isnt the best. Check in was easy and everyone was extremely nice at the counter. Got to my room went to take a shower and there were buggers on the wall. (Not mine) Than on one of the beds I went to put my daughter to sleep and on the pillow was makeup (not mine) . So my daughter had to sleep with me due to lack of cleanliness. Wooden floors were dirty. My feet were black and dusty. Last night I was there I woke up around 3:30 to my leg itching and Im assuming this was bed bugs . Perks: comfortable beds Close to everything Nice staff

Amazing hotel, super clean and comfortable. I didn’t like in the bathroom the conditioner container was empty or damaged, we ask for help and never nobody showed up to help us. 4 days with no hair conditioner
