Appearently this hotel is under renovation. There is nothing listed on Travelocity, the hotel website or onsite at the hotel that states this. I would not have booked knowing this. Pictures online do not do justice to actual hotel pictures look photo shopped. It smelled there was mold and leaks and my bathroom was not usable with leaky roof with a big hole and buckets of water in bathroom. No manager on duty and communication was to let people know not to give that room and they gave me that room. Unsanitary and very dirty. The staff did what they could to accommodate, but they could not do anything since there was no manager. They had to clean a room for me to just sleep in a bed and in that room the bed board was broken and glued to a piece of wood.

Lobby is a mess, missing ceiling tiles & dirt/food everywhere on the floor. They had no room keys to give us so they had to let us in our room and if we left we had to go get them to let us back in (and no I’m not joking about this). If it wasn’t so late I would have left the minute we walked in. The elevator had dirt all over it. Our room was on par with the rest of the hotel. Dirty and gross.Choose somewhere else to stay.

When we arrived the pull out couch was broken. This was very inconvenient. Luckily we had a air mattress. On the last day, the hallway on our floor smelled absolutely terrible. Like a clogged toilet or rotten eggs. The front desk clerk blamed the smell on the weather and the carpets. But this simply was not true. The breakfast was good

Save your money and stay elsewhere

The hotel is pretty basic and feels very outdated even though the hotel claims that they recently renovated everything. The rooms seemed to have a musty stale smell to them Honestly I’d you are looking for a very basic hotel that offers a bed and nothing more I suppose this is ok. But if that’s the case you can find better for cheaper

Shuttle service from airport was no longer provided and was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so paid $25 US for taxi. Breakfast included but not I wouldn’t recommend. Waffle House next door. Area not great.

Convenient? Yes. Nice? Meh.

The mattress was maybe the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. The Waffle House next store was PHENOMENAL. The staff was great. The breakfast was alright. The hotel itself is dilapidated and literally falling apart. The baseboards in our room were falling off the wall. The lobby had missing ceiling tiles. The renovated spaces felt shoddy at best. The hallways were super dark. Overall the room itself was nice. It was fine for a 1 night stay. Would I stay for more than 1 night? No. Also, the guests were all very rude at breakfast. We regretting not going to Waffle House again!

Under construction. A lot of dust. Room and halls smelled of fresh paint. Working/painting until 9pm. Ridiculous. Hotel looks nothing like the photos shown on expedia. However, convenient location to airport.

For an early flight out of Orlando this hotel is less than 10 mins away. The room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and super nice. The Taco Bell close to this hotel was by far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had!
