Welcome to our spectacular vacation home located in a serene, gated community near the enchanting Disney parks! Designed to host up to 13 guests, this brand-new 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury villa offers an unparalleled holiday experience with its sleek modern aesthetics and thoughtful design. Enjoy the ease of a full-service vacation with comprehensive amenities including a full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities in unit, a dishwasher, and not to forget, an outdoor BBQ grill for those delightful family cookouts.

Sleeping arrangements are generously spread across two floors:

**First Floor Details:**
- **Bedroom 1:** This master suite is a retreat unto itself with a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large bathtub alongside a walk-in shower.
- A convenient half-bathroom (washroom) on this floor serves as an extra amenity.

**Second Floor Overview:**
- **Bedroom 2:** Offers a calm refuge with its king bed and private ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
- **Bedroom 3:** Perfect for the younger ones, this room has two twin beds in a delightful Mickey theme and a full ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
- **Bedroom 4:** Another themed bedroom with two twin beds, stylishly adorned with Hulk decorations, including another ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- **Bedroom 5:** Ideal for sharing, this room features two queen beds and a full ensuite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower.

All bedrooms share a similar set of amenities.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process before each check-in. Clean linen and towels will be available according to house capacity. Cleaning services during the stay can be requested for a fee.

POOL HEAT
Pool Heat is an option service for a fee.
The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F.
The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If the pump overheats the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality.

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES
Post Office (USPS) does not recognize vacation homes as residential address and if online seller uses USPS for the deliveries, that package will be returned to sender.
FEDEX, UPS, DHL and Amazon deliver to the house address.
Please note that we are not responsible for any deliveries or unexpected issues with online orders.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoke will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
