Close to Disney 3 bedroom 2.5 bath-Unit 22 Emerald

It is located in Emerald Island a gated resort community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 twins) and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

This rental has potential

We had an ok and uneventful stay at this townhome in the lovely Emerald Island Resort area. Pros: - Close to WDW park within 10 minute drive - Beautiful and well kept quiet resort property has clubhouse pool, nature trails, bike rentals and more. - Cookware and appliances are in very good almost new condition in this house rental. Cons: - The carpet in the house is stained and smells like mildew, it needs replacing ASAP. - Beds are very soft. The bed sheets don’t match and are faded and old. - Pictures on VRBO listing appear to be outdated and the layout is different. Layout looks better in the pictures. - Living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable to sit to watch a long movie. All in all, you get what you pay for. This was a last minute rental for us in a limited supply of rentals available on a busy week. Glad to have a place to stay but would not rent this again.

Horrible town house at Emerald Island

I stayed at this town house from April 18 2019 to April 26 2019. This town house was: dirty with a lot of dust. The carpets are old and filthy. The bedding were old and fluffy. When sleeping on the bed we got itchy, probably because of bedbugs. The towels were old and filthy. The blind of the slide door were broken. The A/C in the bedrooms did not work properly. The wifi was terrible. When removing the trash bags from the bins the bins were al dirty inside. Due to this filthiness my whole family got sick and I even got an Eye infection for with I pay almost $ 200.00 for doctor and medicine.

FILTHY

The condo was not clean AT ALL! We had to rent somewhere else after arriving bcs it was just unacceptable. Blankets and pillows had hair, dirt and other things on them, Bathroom in the hall had things stuck all over the the bath mat and shower curtain. None of the plug ins in either bathroom worked. Called the manager and was issued a refund and we went elsewhere.
