Great location, stay & price! Staff was great. We had an issue with the toilet but promptly resolved. Everything was clean, breakfast was good, pool is nice, we had a fantastic time overall.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was great. The size, cleanliness and area of the pool was very maintained and nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Overall from check in to check out hotel and staff service was excellent!

Is a nice hotel located in an area close to a lot of services ,quiet the food decent, it could be Better have potencial to be great Hotel for now is ok,but the employees are very nice hard worker people and they have concierge so you can get your tickets for the parks right there

Overall it was pleasant. The staff was wonderful, room clean (although needs some renovation) and bed comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. They offered free breakfast…cereal, cheese omelette, sausage, Mickey waffles, yogurt, oranges, coffee and a selection of juices which was a big perk. The surrounding area was just okay. Located next to an amusement park and we could hear the rides and people screaming from our room. Had to drive to restaurant for dinner since there was none onsite which was inconvenient. For the cost of the room for the night it was worth it.

Room had a really bad smell. We did asked to move rooms. We were accommodated. Went to new room . Smelled better but had a thick layer of mildew on the tub drain. Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good. Just need better housekeeping.

Hidden Gem in Kissimmee

It was amazing and relaxing,this hidden gem is definitely one I will be staying at when I'm visiting Orlando. Room was comfortable and clean,was able to a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were all nice and knowledgeable. Only place I have stayed that the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours,with 10 pm to 8 am quiet time. Old Town is right next to the resort, literally walking distance. The only concern I had was parents were allowing the children ( under 12) get in the spa with no parent supervision.

The staff were great and you could tell they worked very hard to maintain the property. The pool was very nice and spacious, and the free breakfast was very good. However, the split unit for the room must have struggled to pull moisture out of the room, because nothing dried if hung inside. Plus, there was a moldy, stale smell. If it weren’t for this issue and the crazy congestion from the theme park out front, I really would have enjoyed our stay.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was neither friendly nor attentive, and the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited; I only tried it once because they mostly offered eggs and coffee. The worst part, however, was the persistent odor of wet carpet throughout all the floors and units in the building. I will never stay here again.
