The hotel grounds are really nice and the area is safe, conveniently located. The check in process was a breeze and the front desk staff was helpful and professional. The only thing I disliked was the odor permeating from the old carpeting. I think hard flooring such as tile or other options are a must for hygiene reasons. The room was clean but the smell from that carpeting was not pleasant at all. Very obvious.

The rooms were very clean The beds were very comfortable The water pressure In the shower was amazing And they have a shuttle Two Universal So that was awesome as well If I ever go back to Florida to go to Universal This will be where I stay Thank you so much for the great experience

We stayed for 3 nights and for the first 2, had the “Do not disturb” sign on because we didn’t want the room cleaned. On the third night we did want it cleaned, but they never cleaned it. Also I read that this hotel had a free bus that went to Universal. Well, the bus was at a different hotel and you had to pay to use it. So I was a bit annoyed about that as well as the room not getting cleaned. Also wish they had more breakfast options, but at least breakfast and parking were free! And they locked the entrance after I think 10pm it was, so that was nice for safety. Oh also, they need a bigger and taller hotel sign. The “Comfort Inn” sign is hidden and you can easily miss it.

We only stayed for one night but the accommodation were amazing. Wish they had a better selection for breakfast but it was free. Also there need to be clear directions on where to catch the shuttle to the parks.

Our room had a bad smell the bedding was dirty with blood stains! The comforter, with falling apart at the top with holes, the shower leaked awfully bad! The noise from the shower was so loud too! We will not be staying here again!

Not only was our room great. It was the staff that was able to bring extra towel even at midnight getting back from the parks. I would recommend. this hotel to everyone. The park are like 5 mins away. Epic was about 14 mins aways. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Lots of them opened late at night. The best part is knowing that the staff care. The breakfast was so good. Waffels ,eggs, the meats varyed. Cereal, toast, muffins, name it, they had it. Huge time to. 7 to 11. Help us out with our budget. I cnat wait to vist universal again. We will be here.

This place is very nice and clean. The daily rotation of free breakfast offerings was great, the staff were pleasant to deal with, the awesome strawberry and lemon flavored water by the front desk was nice too. 10 minute drive to Universal/Citywalk was great. Room service was great (even laid out our blankets on the beds for us!). The hot-tub was great for relaxing after a long day at the parks. I would 100% stay here again if given the chance.
