The hotel grounds are really nice and the area is safe, conveniently located. The check in process was a breeze and the front desk staff was helpful and professional. The only thing I disliked was the odor permeating from the old carpeting. I think hard flooring such as tile or other options are a must for hygiene reasons. The room was clean but the smell from that carpeting was not pleasant at all. Very obvious.

Pros: Ataff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice to have available. The bed was actually comfortable to me, a bit firmer. The AC blew cold and kept the room a nice temperature. Cons: We checked in around 5pm but didn't get in the room until 11. The first thing we noticed were ants scattering all around the kitchenette countertop, coffee maker, walls, and floor. The hotel said they didn't have any more rooms to move us to so they sent someone to spray some insecticide around the area and walls. We didn't see anymore further into the room. We had a bag with donuts in it completely opposite side of the room on a shelf and woke up to ants swarming the donuts. It was gross. The carpets were old and little gross, and the shower definitely needs updating. The shower curtain rod was broken and wouldn't hold the curtain up all the way.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. When we first got there, there was some garbage from the previous stay still on the floor, the place is extremely outdated and old that the tubs look dirty. Our door’s seal was broken, as well, you have to request cleaning of the room which we did not know and returned to the room with it still as we left it. To top it all off, we found tiny little bugs that would swarm around the nightstand and on the bed. It was disgusting, and the front desk didn’t seem surprised nor interested in compensating this outrageous stay. Instead, he gave us keys to another room to spend the rest of our stay in - which was only a few hours. The free breakfast is very limited, however the location is only about a 6minute Uber and there are options for a shuttle to the parks if you ask.

I really want to give a one-star rating because the room we received was very dirty. The trash cans didn’t have bags, there were very few towels, and we had to go out to get more towels. For the sofa bed, we had to find the bedding ourselves, which was inconvenient because we arrived tired and still had to go out looking for what we needed in order to rest. The room was very dirty—by that I mean the floor, the bathroom, and the sink. The sink had something inside and was dirty with food or some kind of material I couldn’t identify. The carpet was also very dirty. I do acknowledge that the breakfast service was varied and well prepared. However, there was no conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom, and we also had to go out to get them. I want to clarify that, although these things weren’t there, when we asked the staff for them, they solved the problem immediately. Still, when you go to places like this, you expect to find these things already there and not have to go looking for them—especially after a long trip. In our case, my family was on vacation, and we first went to the parks before arriving, so we were very exhausted and it was late at night. Not having these things and having to go out to find them was very uncomfortable. If you want, I can now make this sound more polished and natural for an online review so it reads clearly but still expresses your dissatisfaction strongly.
