At Diamond Resorts, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is of utmost concern. We remain diligent in our commitment to provide a safe, hospitable environment for all who visit our properties. Please read below for the latest developments relating to Diamond and our response to COVID-19.

Set on 64 acres of lush landscape, Liki Tiki Village is located in the heart of Orlando’s tourist district. The family-friendly resort includes a lagoon with five water slides, water volcano, toddler’s play area and dancing fountain. Accommodations include a full kitchen, washer and dryer and soaking tub. Enjoy a day lounging by the water, or feed your need for adventure at one of Orlando’s famous theme parks.

Approximately 1,647 square feet, this 3 Bedroom unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedrooom, 1 Queen Bed in the 1st guest bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the 2nd guest bedroom and 1 Sleeper Sofa within the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 3 bathrooms. Maximum of 10 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $300 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes activities, arcade/game room, BBQ grill(s), basketball court access, board game rentals, business center, DVD rentals, fishing rentals ($5.00 additional fee), fitness center, hot tub access, kayak rentals, in-room laundry, local/toll-free calls, miniature golf rentals, playground access, pool access, self-parking, shuffleboard rentals, tennis court access, volleyball court access, waterpark access, Wi-Fi and shuttle service to theme park. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Diamond Resorts Liki Tiki Village Phase II by Diamond Resorts is Orlando International Airport which is 28 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours respond to your requests.

*** Parking Policy ***
Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
No smoking inside including electronic cigarettes, unless if it's in a designated area. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

*** Other Notes ***
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

A guest may ship packages for arrival 3-5 days prior to check-in. The packages must specifically include the name of the registered guest and the check-in date.
- The 1st package 5 lbs. and under will be free of charge any additional packages under 5 lbs. will be $5 per package
- Packages from 6 to 20 lbs. will be charged $10 per package.
- Packages from 21 to 100 lbs. will be charged $30 per package.
- Anything above 100 lbs. will be charged $.50 per pound.
- Any pallets will be charged $400 per pallet.

Some units include lever h angles on all doors, visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under bathroom. sink, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, and Braille signage for room numbers.

Some suites include visual doorbells and visual fire alarm.
