Pool: The pool heating or spa heating can be turned on upon request with notice prior to arrival for an additional cost. Do keep in mind that if you elect to NOT have heat, the hot tub will not be warm.

CLOSE to Disney (5mi), Sea World (6mi) & Universal Studios (10mi) and only 1/2 mile from the popular 192 shopping and restaurants. Located in this private gated community is a brand new clubhouse & pool with full fitness center just a short 3 minute walk away.

Home was perfect for our family mini vaca. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and then some. Ping pong table, plenty of seating, soaking tub in the master bath, variety of pillows and extra pool towels worth noting. 100% worth paying the extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Even though we were there during very cold temps (down to the 30's at night) the heated pool was still plenty warm enough to swim in and finishing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end each night. The tankless hot water heater meant we could use all 3 showers at the same time without running out of hot water in the morning making it easier to get out of the house on time. Host communication was above my expectations always getting back very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Better than expected! The 4 bedroom home was just what we needed. I wanted a place to relax while the young adults/teens hung out. They really enjoyed the garage converted to a game room, as I enjoyed the classic Pacman arcade as well. The outdoor jacuzzi is exactly what I needed to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine (although I wish it were a bit warmer). No complaints, everything I needed was there to prepare breakfast and lunch when we didn’t have take out. I will definitely stay here again when I’m traveling through Orlando area.

This house is fantastic on every level! The location is convenient to Disney, universal, and lots of Orlando attractions. The house is spacious with plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The game room is a fun bonus, pool and hot tub are perfect. Wonderful Stay!

We had five adults for a youth softball tournament and this was perfect for us. We didn't do Disney but would imagine it would be a great location for that. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room! Steve as great and we would definitely stay here again!

pool issues

Stayed for a weekend to visit with our grandchildren. The game room was a hit! Downside was we were unable to use the pool. We got in late on Friday and it was dark. When we got up Saturday morning, noticed the pool was very cloudy. Communicated with owners and they were on top of getting it resolved and sent the pool maintenance to the house. Unfortunately, the pool did not clear in time before our Sunday departure. I think the pool may leak because the hose needed to be constantly on and in the pool in order for the pump to work.

Disney visit

House was clean. Only 15 minutes to Disney which was great. Game room was nice for the kids. It kept them off their phones. The only issue I had were that the guests before us made a mess of the pool

Highly recommend house and location

We had a great week in this house in Veranda Palms. It's well outfitted with a primary bedroom on one side of the family room and a hallway with 3 bedrooms (one ensuite with queen bed, two with twin beds) on the other side of the family room. Pool was great, spa heats up quickly. The community pool was also really nice and we enjoyed the splash pad. Great location, close to Disney. We enjoyed the Kennedy Space Center, Gatorland, and the Orlando Science Center - all easy drives. The property manager was super responsive when we had any questions. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location!

We spent a few days here at the end of our Disney vacation to relax. It was clean, spacious, great location. Our kids loved the game room and pool. It was wonderful place to recover from Disney.
