Disney World Is 10 Minutes Away - Family Vacation Resort

Greeting! Why rent a single room when you could have the whole house? This property is located in a gated resort. It is 1.5 miles to Walt Disney World, 7.8 miles to Disney Springs, 12.8 miles to Sea World, and 16.7 miles to Universal Studio. This townhouse is the biggest models (of 4 models) in the resort. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one 1/2 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a family room, and a full kitchen. There is a porch with furniture, looking out to the garden right outside of the family room. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. This setup provides completely privacy for guests who want to retire to their rooms while others still want to gather downstairs . Sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests with bed linens and towels provided. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and two twin-size beds in the third bedroom. The chaise in the family can be pulled out to make a full-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, and many more kitchen essentials. Washer and dryer are available for you to use on the 2nd floor. Playpen, high chair, children books, and some toys for young guests. Large TVs are in the master bedroom, the family room, and the living room. Free WiFi, cable, and Netflix for your entertainment. There is a clubhouse a few steps from the condo with heated pool (Winter), fitness center, tennis court, playground. Free parking on premier (2 vehicles per reservation). Groceries, restaurants, and shopping centers are close by.

This is a great choice for snow birds with groceries and shopping centers that are very close. There is discount any stay that are 7 nights or longer. Monthly discount is offered for booking more than 28 nights. Rate is automatically adjusted when you select check in and check out dates.

Very nice property

Very well laid out house with bedrooms on the second floor. Sound from main floor does not carry to the bedrooms. House is well appointed for children with a Disney theme. Surrounding property is well taken care of. We would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again!

Family Fun at Disney

This rental was awesome. Close and easy drive to Disney parks. Clean! Comfortable! Very well equipped kitchen!!!! Great communication with owner. Next door to Walmart! (But this Walmart is crazy crowded and ran low on items the whole week-just be prepared for that. Not anything negative about the rental just a side note.) I would recommend to anyone.

House is much roomier than pictures seem. Plenty of space. Very clean! Easy access to Walmart (walkable) but still quiet and safe. Pool was nice. Location to ESPN was perfect - 6 min drive. Easy drive to Disney . Beds comfortable. Full size washer/dryer was very helpful!

Very clean and perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was quiet and gated. 10-15 min Uber ride to Epcot. Super Walmart right next to the development. House was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. Only issue is that we ran out of toilet paper! We didn't realize we had to bring our own. We had 3 rolls for 4 of us for 4 days. Had we had known, we would have added that to our Instacart order ahead of time. Other than running out of that, everything else was perfect!

Great property in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this amazing property. We would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs a convenient location and a great place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well. Very pretty neighborhood with pretty plants.

The property was very nice and just as described. We checked in late but it was a very easy process to get our parking passes. The community was quiet and clean. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location close to all Disney Parks

Great place to stay away from home. Close to all the Disney parks, dining, shopping. Shirley was wonderful to work with we will definitely book here again. Only issue was check in procedures, not owners fault error in VRBO app.

Nice condo in good location - fairly minor updates needed

Condo was clean and in a good location. The guest queen mattress needs replacing and there were no steak knives, pizza cutter and baking pans were limited. The biggest disappointment was the pool NOT being heated as advertised - many renters were upset about this. This is NOT the fault of the condo owner, however.

Wonderful time!

The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Check in was smooth, parking, comfortable beds. Well situated family space with nooks to create privacy if desired. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. With COVID we were especially concerned about cleanliness, the unit did not disappoint. Warm and cozy Christmas tree and Disney decor setting us up nicely for our trip to the local parks. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect for Disney Family

Excellent location for Disney. Nice and clean unit with all the essential dishes and cookware etc. The unit was very kid friendly and included some toys and electric outlets were covered. The complex is right behind a 24-hour Walmart and two miles from a Target. Within two miles of plenty of dining options. Overall great place and location.

A wonderful getaway

This was my families’ first time booking a VRBO. It was a wonderful experience. The house was immaculate, clean and very spacious. My children were so excited when they entered the house. The gated community was very quiet and respectful. My children enjoy the pool and went every day, sometimes twice a day. I highly recommend this wonderful place. The property manager was quick to text me/email me. I never had any problems. I am looking forward to booking again.

Clean /spacious and close to parks

My family of four adults really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Best of all it was very close to the Disney parks. This home allowed all adults to have their own space to relax. The home is very clean and well maintained. The furniture is a little dated but that does not take away from the fact that it’s a beautiful home. It’s close to many places to eat and enjoy the Disney experience. I would stay there again.

Orlando trip

This property was clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Tons of eating establishments within 5 minutes. Every time I had a question about our rental property, Shirley responded within 5 minutes. I will definitely use this property in the future.
