Our check in was wonderful. Im not a hilton member so i signed up for free and we both got snacks and drinks. Also they offer happy hour from 5-7pm 2 drinks and appetizers. Got to our room and it was spotless and very cozy. They also offer toiletries by crabtree & Evelyn and We only stayed for one night and they offer breakfast. A perfect way to start your day. Very pleased and will stay again.

The hotel was really nice. Loved the inner patio and that it has an indoor pool. Room was pretty nice and spacious. Breakfast was great! However, my potato’s had a hair and I wasn’t able to enjoy it. Otherwise, we had a great time for the one night!!

Check-in and check-out were smooth with no waiting time. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Our room was located right in front of the elevator, so it was quite noisy with guests coming in and out. The room itself was nicely decorated with a modern feel. The couch, bed, and pillows were all comfortable. The unit bathroom was very small, but the water pressure was excellent. Unfortunately, the toilet paper was very low quality—similar to what you’d find in public restrooms. The room appeared clean overall, but we did encounter a cockroach issue. We killed one near the sink, right by the fridge, which was disappointing. Breakfast was decent. The made-to-order omelet was a good option and was served quickly, but the rest of the breakfast was basic and nothing special. The gym was small with limited equipment, and since there were several people using it, it felt crowded. We didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub, but the area looked clean and well maintained. Overall, it was an okay stay—some positives, but also a few issues that impacted the experience.

Breakfast was good! They had an omelet line or a full hot breakfast with hashbrowns, eggs, mini pancakes and sausage links. Wish they had almond milk or oat milk though. Bagels were a little stale and OJ was watery but the apple juice and everything else was great. Also wish they had bacon no in the omelet line bc I didn’t have time to wait.

We booked a two nights at the hotel. At first glance, the room was satisfactory. The bathroom was newly renovated and brightly lit. We were happy until we found bugs on the pillow. The bugs were big but not very mobile. They just stick to the pillow. They are not bed bugs. Our room was the last one in a dark hallway. They must be from the outside. We asked to change room and the staff did it without hesitation. I think they may have the same problem before. It was mid-night already and we had to re-pack our luggage and move. We found more bugs on the other pillows while packing and moving. The second room was OK and the next day the manager waved the rent for the first night. It was a terrible experience and although the second room found no bugs, we felt uneasy. Breakfast was satisfactory although we expected it to be better. The dining area is nice. It was cold though because the day we were there the outside temperature was below ten celcius.

The refrigerator in room didnt stay cold, it was moldy on the outside of the door and side. One of the lamps worked but the socket was broken and the bulb was lying sideways. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable, very lumpy. Room temp controls were hard to regulate. The ice machine on that floor was not working the entire week. The line for breakfast was very long and slow, and the selections were not healthy nor were they tasty. Very greasy. I didnt eat breakfast because of that. I bought breakfast sandwiches and had them in my room fridge and microwaves them. They really need to upgrade their toilet paper also. It was so thin it almost was non-existent. It fell apart easily. A However, the desk staff was very nice and responsive and professional. I have no complaints about personnel. The Omaha steak restaurant was terribly expensive and the service and food was sub par.
