A spacious 6 bedroom villa with private pool overlooking west-facing conservation, located within the premium gated resort of Bella Vida; just minutes from the attractions. The home has recently been painted, new carpets installed and bedrooms delightfully themed - including 3 king master bedrooms. Double garage for parking. Enjoy your vacation in this unique location with peace and tranquility abound with abutting private conservation land.

The home has two living areas offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bright front living area as you enter has comfortable sofas, plus a breakfast area table and chairs. Settle in the rear living room with large TV and watch a movie together. The space also has large patio doors leading to the pool deck.



Outdoors the pool area faces west and enjoys the Florida sunshine throughout the afternoon until the end of the day. Enjoy a meal under the covered shady area, splash around in the crystal clear pool, or soak up the sun on the loungers. A BBQ is provided for guest use – a $45 charge applies if you would like this prepared for you (full tank of propane + clean before/after stay). Pool heating available at an additional cost ($30 per day applicable to full stay).



The kitchen is very well stocked to provide everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar for a quick bite, or a formal dining table and chairs to share a full meal.



Upstairs there is a games area with arcade machines the kids will love.



There are three master king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. There is one room taking you to Hogwarts. A queen room with Mickey in Fantasia and a full room featuring Minnie Mouse. A further bedroom with two twin beds (plus 1 trundle) blasts off to outer space, featuring special light effect around the room. Overall, there are 5 bathrooms, plus a half bath downstairs.



Cable TV and high speed wifi are provided for guest use as well as a washer and dryer, plus towels and linen.



The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. The resort clubhouse and pool back onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball.

Impressed

First impressions count. With that being said, walking into that vacation home was so impressive from beginning to end. The cleanliness was amazing, the house and the location of the house was fantastic. I have nothing negative to say. It was a great experience all the way around.

Time to refresh

The unit was clean but definitely could use a refresher. Most of the rugs have multiple stains and furniture needs to be replaced. Beds were very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Everything showed the wear and tear of its use. The pool was full of moss and the pool deck was full of ants. So we could not even sit outside. Unfortunately we expected the unit to be updated for the comparable cost to other units.

The property is nice. In need of a few updates. Seating in the game area. Single chair in the master bedrooms, to accommodate elderly guest. Keurig coffee maker (just suggestions). Our overall stay was great! Family friendly, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location! I will stay here again.

Off property Disney trip

The house is in a very nice gated neighborhood. It was quiet the entire week we were there. Location was convenient in our opinion! Took around 20-25 minutes from house to parking spot for each theme park which is comparable to on-property travel times by bus. Then you have the added bonus of being 3 minutes from a Walmart and other grocery stores. Some FYIs about the house that aren’t really complaints but you should be aware: at least one of the king size mattresses was well past time to be retired (one side of it had lost all support, you would have to roll “uphill” to the middle of the bed), a couple of the showers were clogged enough that we did not use them, one of the master suits only had nightstands and no dresser which made it tricky to lay out clothes for a whole week, and the raccoons outside are bold haha. The only slight issue we had was garbage pickup, which is ran by the community and not the property management team. They missed our pickup a couple times and we were having to stash bags in the garage, but once we asked about it the property management team let us know there was a trash compactor near the club house and solved that issue for us. So overall- remember there is a trash compactor up front. Bring a garbage bag supply because it is not provided. Raccoons can open latches on the porch trash box. Bring extra paper towels. The fridge does not have a waterline attached, you will need to buy ice. Raccoons will watch you in the pool ;) We loved it!

Large Spacious House Convenient to Theme Parks

This house has a great layout for large families and was exceptionally clean. The patio doors to the screened pool are nicely equipped with an audible alarm that sounds whenever they're opened; a great feature to have when small children are present. Most rooms have a motion-activated night light that is very helpful to those who need to get up and safely move about during the night without disturbing others. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans to enhance room comfort. Our only negative comments: The kitchen supplies need to include more than just 1 trash bag and 1 dishwasher soap tablet. Furthermore, including some salt and pepper seasoning and a roll of paper towels would be nice. Finally, the guests who slept in the king beds felt they were too soft; they would have preferred the support of a more firmer mattress.
